I liked that it has a private beach, probably the best beachfront hotel in Sousse. Room service is plentiful. Location is so close to Medina and everything.

Value for money, the lobby of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast was good and varied, the hotel facilities are nice (indoor pool, exterior pool, terrace) the room is big and from the balcony there is a nice view of the beach

The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the rooms, just to keep the 5 star category We didn't like the staff pushing us to have dinner at the hotel, telling us the restaurants close by were closed (not true). Dinner buffet: where to start, first dishes and cutlery were dirty, the food wasn't good at all (at dinner, breakfast was fine) and the price 75 tnd per person and not even water is included, really bad, way better having dinner somewhere else

Amazing Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Our sea view room was absolutely wonderful, offering stunning vistas that made our stay even more special. The beds were made to perfection, and everything was spotless. The shower, toilets, and water pressure were all amazing—truly a luxurious experience. The hotel itself is very safe and clean, with a truly impressive spa that I absolutely loved. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the beautiful beach, were simply spectacular. There’s also a lovely bar where you can play cards and relax in the evening if you prefer to stay in. The housekeeping staff and pool attendants were attentive and kind, making sure everything was just right. Parking was convenient and secure, especially for my rental car. Breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, providing a variety of tasty options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

Unacceptable Behavior by Head Waiter – Very Disappointed I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I gave a well-deserved tip to a hardworking waiter, only to see the head waiter (or manager) take it from him right in front of me. This was infuriating and completely unacceptable. If I choose to tip someone, it’s because they earned it through their service — not for someone else to snatch away. This incident has left me with a very negative impression of the management and how they treat their staff. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The hotel was in the perfect location, 5 mins away from a big mosque and also few nice restaurants close by. The hotel leads onto a private beach, the staff were super helpful, they always find the most suitable deck chairs of your choice. The swimming pools were very clean and the staff were also very helpful, they turn on the Jacuzzi in the indoor pool whenever you wish to use it. Most importantly for us was that we were allowed to wear long shorts (For Men) and Burkini for female, which a lot of the hotels in Tunisia do not allow. This is one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was good with lots of choices. We only booked breakfast included so we got to try out the local restaurants, however we also paid separately to try the buffet dinner which was very tasty with lots of choices of mains and desserts. The staff in the reception, the restaurants, were all very helpful and spoke English well. The Gym faces the sea, we worked out every morning before a buffet breakfast. The gym equipment was a bit outdated but ok. The hotel also has a spa, which we used, had full Hammam, massage and facial. Felt amazing. Very relaxing stay.

The staff were very friendly and I would like to give a special commemoration to Mehdi from the reception for his hospitality. The location is right in the centre of Sousse, therefore not far from the beach. Attractive touristic opportunities like the Medina of Sousse, Sousse Mall as well as popular nearby cities like Monastir and Mahdia.

All in all this was a very satisfying experience and I can´t really point out any negatives of my trip. To my fellow travellers, I would be cautious, as there are many scammers in areas around the hotel e.g. the Medina. Regardless of this, I would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Every meal was a treat, and we were particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. We chose to have only breakfast included because we wanted to explore the stunning Sousse to find the restaurants where the locals go to eat, but you have the possibility to choose all-inclusive resort option. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning sea views and easy access the town center and the best beaches Sousse has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the bedroom with sea viewing without asking for that, and we are very grateful for this. Overall, our time at Sousse Palace Hotel and Spa was memorable, and we are extremely grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality. I was on holiday! When I'm on holiday I like everything and I appreciate every effort the hotel management makes to accommodate the tourists. I think you do a great job.

Great location near the Medina, beach and station. Comfortable, clean room. All the staff (including cleaners, security guards, maintenance men and doormen) were very friendly and helpful. Being winter, having the indoor pool was a great bonus.

Very hard to fault. The only thing that got me down was the 'muzak' playing in the lobby and breakfast room. Every day it was the same very short piece of piano music endlessly repeated. We left 24 hours ago and I still have the tune going round and round in my head! 😀

Nice, big hotel. Location is great, right at the beach, 5-minute walk to the medina. Staff all very nice. Has lots of amenities, none of which I used, as a big resort-type place isn't generally my style or needs. Could hear the ocean from the room, which was great. As was the (partial) ocean view. Big breakfast buffet.

The wifi varied from weak to non-existent, which was a big deal for me as I needed to work.

The buffet was very vegetarian friendly, always including chickpeas and often beans and lentils (there are also a range of meat options). They also had egg and the usual things you would expect. The cakes and pastries were excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable. The gym was good albeit slightly warm. A good five star hotel.

stayed for 3 days in the 1st week of Feb. clean and spacious, great view on the sea and good bfast. great access to the beach. nice and helpful receptionists.

everything was great. maybe just a bit too much of the overwhelming smell of air fresheners in the room.
