The exceptional accommodating and polite staff (from my very first booking, 2nd and 3rd due to uncontrollable situation), delish breakfast, the cleanliness and calmness of the whole property and the reasonable price and location. Everything is just around especially the beach is just walking distance. I came from tropical country and got sick due to weather change but unforgettable are the kindness of all the staff and everyone was helpful which I really appreciate. I'm so thankful because I didn't had any second thought when I choose the hotel sousanna.

We’ve spent a great time at the Sussanna Hotel. We felt the homely atmosphere, the attitude of the staff was like in a family. Everyone was friendly and responsive. All questions that we had were quickly resolved due to the people working at the hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious. Thanks a lot. If we return to Sousse, we will definitely stay with you again.

Everything was great

Fantastic value for money. Spacious rooms in a great location, 5 Minute walk to the sea. Friendly staff, especially the lady at Rezeption was very helpful.

There could be more flyer with Informations what to Do in and around Sousse.

Close to beach & you can reach the city-centre and old town by walk .

The lift doesn’t go-down till the ground floor (reception area), therefore, I think the hotel doesn’t suitable for someone who has disabled person or title kids.

The staff is beyond amazing. Extremely kind, absolutely lovely. Oh, and the location is outstanding, surrounded by lovely cafes/restaurants and a few minutes walk from the beach.

Good value for money Good location for the beach but a little far from the Medina.

Poor WiFi for a couple of days, but that was probably beyond their control. Breakfast is basically just croissants with coffee.

I really appreciate how the director of the hotel called me at 10 pm to tell that my parents are healthy.... because I can't call them from morning. Thanks to all the guys of the hotel. I really recommend this good Hotel.

Good staff, meal and emplacement

The hotel private beach is not for free unlike it mentioned on booking ... the man in the beach ask me for 10 dinars to stay in it.
