A decent location, not directly in the Medina, but it means you can ask your taxi driver to drive you there directly, while Medina is for pedestrians only. Medina and the train station within the walking distance. If you want to use a shared mini-van/taxi called a luage you need to take a taxi to the location, but these are metered and affordable in Tunisia. Beach holiday district is more to the north. In the street places with local, not "for tourists" prices. Not directly at the main road, so some silence provided for sleeping. WiFi also in the rooms.

For sure not upscale furniture that saw its better times, but great value for money and spacious with a balcony.

Great six nights at the hotel Monia. The Place Is very central, 5 minutes walking from the beach and close to every possible amenities (restaurants, supermarket, Medina, train station.) The receptionists are very kind, always keen to help and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The room was spotless and with a nice plate of fruit to welcome us. We will come back.

All good, but it doesn't have a lift. Not ideal if you have walking issues

Very central between Medina and beach in a quiet(ish) side road. Handy to use the Sousse Palace Hotel as a pickup for excursions. The room was a good size, had a little balcony overlooking the street and the shower was nice and hot. Great value for money and much better than the silos along the road if you want to do some exploring. Great value for money.

The staff were okay but not very helpful.

The residence is in the heart of the city of Sousse, just walking distance from the beach, the theater, the main public transport hub of the city, restaurants, bars, nightclubs...etc It's in a secure location, have a 24/7 security and housekeeping... the room was clean, with a heater and an air conditioner, a balcony and a satellite TV. Staff were helpful and professional offering a great service. Recommended for a budget travelers.

The room was on the 4th floor with no lift, and no bellman to assist with baggage, rooms needed a bit of renovation to adapt to the modern requirements.

The location of this property is just a stone throw away from the train station and was ideal if you want to explore the medina and the areas surrounding Sousse. Very friendly and accommodation staff. My bed was made daily even though there wasn’t a need to really so it was really pleasant coming back to a “brand new” room every evening after the day out. There are minimarts, restaurants and cafes along the same pedestrianised street so very convenient if you need anything.

I think this place would turn out amazing if they update the interior. but overall it was clean and functional :)

Hotel is at very central location. Everything is at walking distance.The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at hotel they were very good and welcoming specially Mr Jamal always ready help with beautiful smile. I highly recommend this place and will back again.

The hotel in the middle of the city, it’s dated but it’s clean and the stuff ate very friendly and helpful.My room was very clean and had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable, close to everything, the old town (Madina) the beach and easy access to everything you need for your stay. Very safe for a solo traveler like myself.

A very nice place to stay which i recommend from all my heart. The hotel is at only 150 meters from the train station and 400 meters away from the metro subway. The hotel is situated at only 200 meters away from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias near him. The room was clean and the staff really nice.

Location is very good. Near from beach and Medina. Staff are very kind. Room is clean and large. There is a balcony.

The outlets in the room are inconveniently located on the opposite side of the bed. You should bring 3m charging code.

The location is perfect! Right next to the train station, in the heart of Sousse, very closeby both the medina and the beach. Very kind personnel, we loved the tips that we got for local lunch and dinner, and the tip to take the louage for our onward travel to Hammamet (since the train didn't go there so often)! And we can recommend both surrounding coffee places if you want a good coffee! We also really enjoyed the balcony.

It is good to know that for all hotels in Sousse, airconditioning is not available full-year round, only in summer. (Same as heating is only available in winter). This is something the hotel can't help, but we weren't aware of this.
