The hotel very good very good located area Cleanness and hygiene spot on .some time food was little cold because people won't put lid back .if your European you will get very good service because i was British pakistani they don't like to commincate with you properly .as for kids very good place so much activities with in the complex Even though I travel differnt cities .I would still say 10/10 if only certain staff can show more respect and equilty . Security also 10/10

The hotel was a GREAT stay and I would highly recommend! I went with my little girl and I must say the staff went over and beyond for both of us making the experience amazing. Every night there was a wide range of dinner choices and breakfast was decant too, but again I must recommend the hotel team for being so amazing. I enjoyed the evening entertainment and the hotel was helpful recommending activities (child friendly) we could do. The outdoor pool in May wasn’t cold either. The rooms were cleaned every day and the cocktails were also amazing. We opted for all inclusive and the afternoon snacks were delicious too. I’ve told my family to visit in December, Tunisia is a beautiful country and my baby girl made a friend for life. Thank you Marhaba Royal Salem

We recently stayed at this hotel extremely satisfied with our experience especially my kids.The staff are welcoming and friendly, always attentive to guests' needs. We would like to extend special thanks to the front desk manager,bar boy always serving our coffee and juice, as well as the receptionists, servers, security personnel, and entertainers for their respectfulness, attentiveness, and exceptional service. The hotel room is spacious, and several large pools looked appealing, although we did not have the chance to use them since we spent much of our time exploring. The beach is just a 3 to 4-minute walk away, and you can access it by passing through other hotel buildings that are part of the same hotel chain. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is convenient, close to a busy street, making it easy to get a taxi. There are also several restaurants within a 1-mile radius, but check the reviews before dining. Staff were friendly and helpful, unlike outside the hotel, where customer service is non-existent. **Getting to the Hotel:** We took a taxi from Enfidha Airport, which cost us £25. For our return trip, we used a Bolt taxi, and it was £20. Please note that you can use Bolt in Sousse, but it doesn’t operate from the airport. **ATM:** There are plenty of ATMs within walking distance, and the withdrawal fee is 10 dinars. **Traveling to Other Cities:** We took a day tour from Sousse to Tunis and Sidi Bou Said by using a Louage. First, we took a Bolt taxi to the central Louage station and purchased a ticket to Tunis. From Tunis, we used Bolt again to reach Sidi Bou Said, which I highly recommend.

We booked a room with a sea view, but we could barely see the ocean from the balcony, which looked different from the pictures shown. The bathroom was clean, but the amenities were not in good condition, and refurbishment is necessary. The hotel itself needs work, particularly on the exterior, where the paint is peeling off. I understand they are still waiting for tourism to pick up, but given the current condition of the hotel, they should consider lowering their star rating to reflect that.

My stay at Hotel Royal Salem in Sousse was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly demeanor. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The atmosphere of the hotel was lively and joyful, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. What made our visit even more special was celebrating my wife’s birthday there. The team went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful bouquet of roses and surprising her with a delicious birthday cake. This thoughtful gesture left a lasting impression on both of us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Hotel Royal Salem to anyone visiting Sousse. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction make it stand out. Good value for money, the beach is right behind the hotel. Even though the hotel looks a bit older from outside and with worn and torn chairs in the lobby, everything is clean and tidy. Lovely personel fluid in English and German beside of course Arabic and French.

There are not too many places to see which are near the hotel. But the hotel has pools, a gym, spa and beach so you can spend the whole day there.

As always my stay exceeded expectations. The rooms have been refurbished and are very fresh, with new fixtures such as usb plugs and new bathrooms. Reception staff gave us a beautiful room, we were greeted by guest relations with fruit and water in our room. The grounds are beautiful 5 acres of gorgeous winding paths between beautiful gardens full of huge trees cactus flowers vines, a large selection of pools, the beach is lovely, the staff as always so welcoming. I love this hotel dearly i am a regular visitor and travel alot and stayed in many places but this place is very special and always a favourite of mine ❤️

I liked this hotel with very good rooms.Was so nice atenttion from all staff: in reception (when i left some things in the safe box at room,they took care that i got it back);animators was exelent too: all ladies were in attention with dance :); and special thanks for Marwen,who is working in shishabar and next to swiming pool in the same time. it was an amazing hotel which i reserved، all things was good, i'd a best experience here to stay, you are accessible to every things that you want, it has a private plage and 5 swimming pool, the plage was quite clean and sandy, at the first hours of my accommodation when i was in the bath room the Tableau on the wall felt down and breaks apart and i told this to the miss which was in the reception and she just behaves like a friend which is concern about my health, most of the hotels not behave like that, i really satisfy to choose this hotel formy accommodation.
