Everything! The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially the lovely Mrs. Zainab, who truly saved my trip at the last minute. She was a beautiful spirit and a wonderful presence at the hotel, along with her amazing team. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool area was very relaxing. The location is perfect—right by the beach and close to the city. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a quick look at the city and the amazing views of the sea and swimming pool. Everything was spotless and well worth it. The entertainment was also a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay.

What didn't you like? Honestly, nothing major. If I had to mention one thing, maybe find me a Ukraine beautiful lady lol

First the reception! Mr Khaiss (i hope i writting his name correctly) was fantastic. He made our stay very comfortablr and was always helpful for every question. He went above and beyond his responsability! He basically did two jobs reception and concierge! The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpfull (our house keeper, cooke, barman…) i just have an exception about the safe guard at kids water play. He comes late and spends the rest of his time playing with his phone. You better watch your kids yourself.

I believe the property needs some refreshment from the floor to the wall! It looks quite old in my view..

Everything was perfect about the facility. The location was so close to everything needed such as supermarkets, restaurants and places for leisure. Taxis were available all the time. The security is very guaranteed as nothing can go inside without them knowing and checked. The reception staff were so wonderful especially Ms Anissa who was beyond the perfection, I have never seen in my life such nice and helpful person like her. The food was nice and has a lot other variety. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Everything was nice. The only minor issue we have which we can totally understand is that at this time the AC is not ON in the whole hotel such our section. During the sunrise and half morning our room was like an oven and we had to keep the balcony's window open to get the air brise and noise unfortunately. We knew from other customers that the AC was on in their rooms/section and I think they might start it progressively.

The hotel in general

The hotel overcharged me by 150 pounds, they didn't charge me the price that was agreed on booking.com and instead charged me for an upgrade I didn't ask for, very disappointed as I feel like I've been robbed, I will defo be back to sousse but I don't think I will be back to this hotel, the movenpick just round the corner doesn't steal money on customers so I think I will stay there next time

This is a resort style hotel situated close to the beach. If you are into a resort style atmosphere, where you are picked up and dropped off by taxi, and everything at your beck and call, then this place and the location will suit you. If you want to explore you can walk along the beach and promenade to the city centre but have comfortable shoes on. Definitely a lot of British tourists holidaying here. 😉

The theme nights... The Arabian nights turned into a BINGO night 🥹 and the next night that was supposed to have a Cabaret show was replaced with a Quiz night. Very disappointing. 🤔 The coffee was instant, not Espresso. 😢

This hotel is always a good choice. I have been there 3 times already and all the time we felt very welcomed. Excellent food and location. Staff at the reception is veeery friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Farug. He ist the best one! For sure we come again. Thanks for everything!!!

the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us Beautiful hotel with amazing service that exceeded our expectations. Fatma went above and beyond by offering me and my friends a complimentary upgrade to a Seaview suite for my birthday. It was truly a great experience, and I highly recommend this top-rated hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return

just the organization at the swimming pool, it needs a manager to prevent client to put their towel on the transat so when you come there is nothing left available

This hotel is in a very bustling and busy tourist area with everything you may need in close proximity. We had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well kept rooms and surroundings. Staff were really helpful checking and out were both very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.
