I love this hotel, I have stayed there 6 times😁 all the staff are so friendly, the hotel is right on the beach... Good location.. has a solo traveller I feel really safe there

Sometimes the lifts break down, but there is 4 lifts in total to get to your room.. So you never have to use the stairs

Not sure why people are rating this hotel so low, I had a great experience during my 1 week stay in Feb 2024. It is a very big hotel, does look very tired from outside however. Huge reception/lobby area. I dealt with pretty much all the reception staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room free of charge without us even asking, I think because the room was free and it wasn't a busy period. We had a couple of plumbing issues in our room which reception staff took seriously. First issue was resolved within the hour, second issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Our room was nice, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was very dated but it was clean. Daily room service. Beds were comfy We had the breakfast only package to give us an excuse to venture out every day. Plenty of choices for breakfast, nothing to complain about The outdoor pool area is stunning, pictures don't do it justice. Water was too cold to dip into at the time. Indoor pool looks fine, but I went inside with my sone once and the water was a little bit cloudy. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool. I didn't go in again. It needs a better filtration system and chlorine to keep it safe. The gym room is more than enough to get a very good pump, you won't be hitting you max if you're a heavy lifter. The equipment is very dated and worn out. Not enough to work out a single muscle group or split workout, but enough for a full body workout every other day. Bench press goes up to 80kg including the 10kg olympic bar. 15kg and 20kg dumbbell pairs only Tricep pulldown machine, the pin keeps slipping so be careful with it Lat pulldown machine Upright row machine Pull up stand Shoulder press machine The beach is beautiful and clean The main market/madina centre is only 20 to 30 minutes walk, don't bother with a taxi. Can go to el Jem amphitheatre via train from the sousse madina area.

I liked the staff, I liked the superb food, good and plentiful, the sweets are superb! the staff at the kitchen are great people, the location is beautiful, the pool is clean, the sea is gorgeous, almost excellent, I don't comment !!!🩵🇷🇴

I did not like it !!! the lift!!! that I was waiting for him for 5 minutes and it was very difficult and I was sitting on the 9th floor I pressed the button at 9 other people pressed at 6.7 ​​and then the elevator went back down to 0 it stopped going up !!!

The check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The animation team were fantastic. De de was brill and we loved his company. Bar staff on the late shift were perfect. Lofti made sure we had everything we needed

Not everything was open (though we were out of season) Some of the toilets are very tight with notches cut out of the door to allow the door to pass the toilet bowl

Fantastic location. Beautiful view of the coastline from room since I chose a room with a 260 degree sea view. The most amazing sunrise and a gorgeous sunset that I have even seen right from the balcony of my 6th floor room. Welcoming staff (Please do not expect a smile on everyone's face however whenever i smiled at them, I did get a smile back for sometimes its us that make the environment and create a difference). Excellent price value proposition. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great indoor and outdoor space to have breakfast. I just cannot believe all the negative feedback for this place, perhaps those drawing comparison of this place to a developed country with all the amenities setting unrealistic expectations are disappointed.. They do put a band on your wrist that you cannot take out for duration of your stay depending on the deal you have with them like breakfast included or all inclusive just like some places would do in Spain. Medina of Sousee and the main shopping center is not far from the resort. One can avoid crowds by being there in off season .This is a great place to stay overall.

The quality of finishing that you expect from a 4 star hotel maybe a hit and miss in a few places. for instance, the sealant in washroom maybe ripped off in a few places that one could see could have been done well. Some nook and crannies may look like some bits missing although not massively (still very nice overall) As a traveler being to many places, it did not bother me at all. Again, drawing a comparison between a 4 star in here to a 4 star in Europe or North America is a bit unfair in my opinion. By the end of day, you still get your moneys worth for what you pay

I love everything about this hotel the decoration in the lobby was perfect big nice. This hotel is good for families and couples and singles. Suitable for everyone. Animation people who will entertain were very good, they included all the guests both big and small. It was great fun and pleasant there. There is a bar there and a disco and a great restaurant. The food tasted great and plenty to choose from. The buffet tasted excellent. The room was very nice and cozy decorated. The bed was good to lie in and soft and good. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom great. Air conditioning worked well and was warm and comfortable. You felt welcome, especially by the guard there who showed us around the hotel.

It is very important in a hotel that the receptionists welcome you in a nice and good way. For you is the first impression of a hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get a very good feeling about it at this hotel. They didn't smile and you didn't feel welcome. It was a bit of a shame because this hotel is perfect. If the receptionists had done their job, this hotel would have been top notch. But otherwise the hotel was perfect.

I like seashore close to the hotel , fantastic swimming pool, delicious cuisine traditional and modern. Everything good enough.

There were some problems with registration at the reception, there was no confirmation of the payment I had made much earlier. The rest is fine.

The restaurant food blew me away, so many nice things to choose from. The lobby of the hotel is spacious and nice to work from (unless there's many other people connected, then the wifi gets slow). The staff is pleasant and hospitable.

The gym, barely anything works :(

Helpful staff, friendly reception staff who helped us with taxis. Was given a very nice room with a view.The food was amazing but sad to say lots of people filled their plates and left them. Thats wasteing food. Had a great time, thank you

The loud music after 10 pm even though we were on the 6th floor. The pillows were too hard. Everything else was good.
