Everything was perfect, staff, Waiters, animation team, special big up to Zizou, saber, choco, Aladin, mimi, Nora and all others from animation, Rami, Anouar, and all others from restaurant, Karim and Mokhtar from the bars and all the team Room service manutention guys and all the staff who are working hard to make your stay a real dream Special thanks to Madame Hamida head of reservations This is our 4th time, and it will not be the last one The property is perfect location is perfect, cleanliness is perfect, food is great Always have something to do and between the different swimming pool, the beach, and all activities you will never get bored.

The staff's behavior was kind and friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms was 10 out of 10. However, the dining hall was very crowded. The after-dinner shows were held in a different environment, but they could have been better. Overall, it was a good stay. I traveled alone and spent Eid al-Fitr here.

The dining hall was extremely crowded, and there was no designated area for children. They were constantly moving around.

This was my third visit to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are all great and the food is amazing. Christmas celebrations were spectacular including Santa who arrived on a camel.

Hotel is looking a little tired in parts and I feel it is getting ready for some renovation.

Stayed here many times before & always a great experience. Ayman from guest relations is always available for any questions or help, the receptionists are all helpful, the facilities are useful & the restaurant serves a variety of food.

So much to do and can be as active as you want. Lots of little quiet spots for coffee and really good quality drinks and food. Was surprised at how good it was especially going out of season. It was still as good and busy as any other time. Will definitely go back

Everything is super good. Starting from arrival to the hotel to the last second of staying there! The staff, bartenders, cleaners, animators. I felt super safe and like part of Marhaba family!

The animation and the service were exceptional. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The Shows in the evenings were great too. Food was good.

Property is average but I am sure that because of high season and lot of vacationers that could make little effort and don't throw their wastes anyhow
