First of all , once we stepped in the hotel we felt so safe . People working in the reception were so welcoming and helpful (Mme.Intissar and the whole staff working in reception ).We were flattered by the welcoming drinks (kind of cocktail). We have met Mr.Radhwen Kacem the director manager , such a professional person to meet , he gave us all information necessary regarding the hotel facilities. We went for lunch in Mediterranean restaurant its the true open buffet , very wide selection of food starting from appetizers till main course and desserts . Clean and tide display for the food . Waiters are there to serve you drinks . We have met the chef as well, a very humble man and even he gave us information about dinner menu seen we went on Monday and that day it's a Tunsian traditional day. The beach , the pool were amazing very easy to access and pool bars are everywhere . Honestly speaking it's the best experience that I had ever have . I strongly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the summer breeze. I would like to thank all the employees working over there for their delightful approach to us we did enjoy our stay and we hope to see you again.

Not enough parasols round the pool

We loved the water park and the staff. Staff were kind and friendly.

No wifi in our room. Russian guests were rude and took plates and plates of food and then didn’t eat it, wasting so much.

Room was perfect location

In love with family bungalows. Very clean and cosy. Big garden area. Amazing evening animation program. Parking close to reception.

service was on point. staff polite , serving , food was fine , I couldn’t ask for more at this price .

To begin with the welcom was clearly cold and we waited a lot, after more than an hour we finally we will have a rest and see the room reserved on booking.com, unfortunately it was the big disappointment .. it was ni way to spend the night there but we had to wait until the next day to make the exchange.. new room new view I'm not saying it was perfect or as we hoped fortunately the outside (adult swimming pool which was right in front of our room, children's pool, very varied food) compensated for what almost pushed us to change hotels altogether!

Food was ok the coffee could be much better, it was undrinkable , staff was good and you had activities to do.

One burger, one pasta and the resto at the beach

There are no cards at the door to not be disturbed, so everyday at 9h00 housekeeping wakes you up. Buffet (didn’t use a la carte) restaurant is missing fine foods. They put effort in preparing so much food, but don’t go for the extra mile. Service could be better. Beach bar can be recommended with good food and drinks and clean. Prime bar better don’t visit. It is dirty and you can clean yourself the tables! Also not all cocktails available as f.e. Vermouth blanc with tonic ladies don’t drink in a disco!?! Confirmed by the staff and had to go to the reception bar myself! Reception bar is well equiped but lights are like in any Tunesian coffee shop: zero atmosphere.
