We actually booked this place last minute and we're greeted straight away by warm, friendly and welcoming staff that spoke very good English. We were asked if we wanted dinner which they prepared for us especially and tasted delicious! Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and what a view!! (11th floor!) We had a beautiful balcony that wrapped around the entire corner to sit out on and watch the world pass by. Great customer service and it was very quiet! Would definitely recommend

Nice location next to the water.

We happened to stay on a cold day and were unhappy to discover the hotel has no indoor heating, only AC. Front desk staff was wearing heavy coat, our room was uncomfortably cold and staff could only offer an extra blanket. Shower only had about 5 min of hot water.

the wifi was great as was the location.

noise from other rooms was a bit loud we could hear other peoples conversations and sleeping noises.

It was fairly priced, we had some troubles with English, but staff was trying to help us. They were able to help us with transportation and tours.

Centrally located, river facing, restaurants and street food joints very close by, nice roof top swimming pool, shower panel with massage jets in family room, nice river and city view from room, Clean room with comfortable beds, arranged for good taxi at reasonable price

There is no safe in the room and though electric kettle is provided, no tea or coffee sachets are there

There were 2 cans of soda out of date in the fridge. But it was not a big deal. The staff replaced them quickly

We had two rooms. One was great but the other was a bit smell as toilet did not work properly. However staff fixed it promptly!

Good location, attractive - staff helped as much as they could to make mattress softer.

Bed was very hard- felt like a box spring- no mattress.

Small but clean room, with a nice view of the river. Awesome roof top pool for relaxing with a beer. All at a pretty affordable price. Thumbs up!

The breakfast could be improved, rather tasteless and some strange selection choices, at least when being European.
