From the very first moment we entered the hotel, we felt like we had stepped into another world – the perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and exceptional service. The Rooms: Tastefully designed, spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped down to the last detail. You can truly see the thought put into guest comfort – from the luxurious bed to the high-end toiletries. The Cuisine: A culinary experience in its own right – every meal was a combination of freshness, creativity, and perfectly balanced flavors. A rich selection, attentive service, and the feel of a fine dining restaurant in every bite. The Atmosphere: Peaceful, elegant, and resort-like in the best sense. Every corner of the hotel is designed with nature in mind, full of greenery and calm – creating a deep sense of serenity. There’s no doubt we’ll be back – Botanica Hotel is much more than a hotel, it’s an experience. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, spacious and had a view of the skyline and the bay. The food at the Dekel restaurant was amazing. There was a fantastic buffet meat meal that we really enjoyed at night, and in the morning the breakfast was delicious. We didn;t even know about the restaurant when we arrived, and it was a a great relief when we discovered it! The hotel had sent me a link with details but I only saw the drinks menu through the link and assumed it was just a bar. Luckily, one of the workers told us about it when we asked about kosher options for dinner in the area. The hotel has a great view as it is situated at the bottom of the Bahai gardens which we visited the following day.

The rooftop pool was disappointing. I am not a great swimmer, but I had been looking forward to swimming some laps at the hotel. The pool was advertised as one of the attractions of the hotel, but in fact it is more for relaxing and enjoying the view, as it is a shallow pool and not very big.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Botanica. The design and decor of the hotel is particularly charming, with a blend of vintage and modern touches and a gorgeous red feature colour in the bedrooms. The food at breakfast is exceptional, both in quantity and quality, probably the best I've had at any hotel in Israel. The views are great, and overall the hotel has a relaxing getaway feel in the middle of Haifa. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Yonatan, who ensured all our needs were met and made our stay extra comfortable.

The staff was very kind, caring, and accommodating. They had a nice variety for breakfast, with multiple options for allergies/ food sensitivities/ preferences. The hotel is beautiful and located in a very central spot with lots to do within walking distance. Also, a very close and direct view of the Bahai gardens from both rooftop area and pool area.

The pool closes at 18:00 when it's middle of the summer and sunset is around 20:00. There was a bar at the rooftop balcony, as well as a bar next to the pool area, but they were both closed, so if you wanted to have a drink or a snack you would have to go all the way down to the main lobby for the bar/restaurant there. Also, the room did not have a comfortable, well lit spot to do your makeup. These might be minor inconveniences but not ones that are tolerable by me at that price range per night.

Everything! The location is just perfect. The staff were especially nice and accomodating. We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. Our room was spacious with a balcony viewing the beautiful Bahai Gardens. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks and the high-end toiletries, which were pure bliss. The food, quality and variety, was amazing and really exceeded our expectations. The best we've had in 5-star hotels in Israel thusfar. There were numerous comfy places throughout the hotel to chill and hang out. The gym was very convenient and welcoming. It seems the hotel thinks about every detail... the little things really are the big things. We will be back again soon for sure!

The pool was shallow and small in size, people were crammed in, so we decided to pass on that. Parking fee was a bit steep. Can't say it effected our one-night stay though. We had a great time!

Excellent hotel - beautiful design, great service, really good variety of food at breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, pool with view to the Bahai gardens with nice shaded sunbeds and chairs around it.. The big plus for us is that this is a non-smoking hotel, there is a separate area where only there smoking is allowed. Greatly recommend and will definitely be back.

Two remarks - there is no shade over the pool itself, even on part of it. The lifeguard said the parasols are broken Also, parking is not included in the price. It's 40 NIS per day.

The location is fantastic with great views. The hotel is stylishly decorated with art pieces and lots of greenery. The rooms are lovely and quite spacious. Good beds, bathrobes and toiletries. Breakfast is really varied, good quality and tasty. There is parking underneath hotel reached by elevator straight from room-located floors.

Cleaning staff can pay more attention to bottles cap and nuts left by previous guests on the floor. Bellboys/ valet could be a good idea Check-out at 11am

Breakfast bar was generous and delicious. The rooms and facilities were clean, fresh and well-appointed and provided beautiful views of the city. The location was ideal for my travels and convenient to transit options and restaurants.

The traffic circle near the corner can be a bit noisy in early evening, but it died down before too late.

We booked the room with the view to the bahai gardens, the service from the staff was exceptional. Everything was just perfect, the room, the facilities, We had an amazing weekend and we will definitely return!! Special thanks to Yonatan the staff manager that made our engagement celebration really special🫶🏻

Amazing new hotel with views of the Bahai gardens. Room was exceptional, spacious, with coffee amenities and complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. The hotel is nicely designed and offers snacks throughout the day for the guests. Dinner and breakfast serving were exceptional, huge variety of food, very tasty.

Hotel staff is overall nice, but not trained enough. Property page on booking and in official Fatal site mentions there's a sauna available in the hotel, no one in the staff knew that and told us there isn't one, until we checked by ourselves. Basic thing to know about the hotel is what are the available facilities. There were some prices discrepancies as well where the hotel staff tried to charge us extra for VAT even though it was prepaid and we have the invoice for it, also tried to charge more for dinner, even though they offered it in another price thorough their whatsapp promotions. Hotel pool was really nice with good view but overcrowded and small.
