Although simple , this hotel is very classy .The room though small , has every single thing that is needed. Everything is chosen carefully . The tea cup , the toothbrush, the blanket . Very tastefully done . The ambience is very peaceful. The small garden spaces , the breakfast hall .. the entrance itself. The owner is super polite and helpful . I was travelling solo - this family took care of everything. I could extend my check out for a couple of hours for a very fair fee . It seems like a family run property . They are attentive to everything. I realised then that they even arrange Vietnam tours for guests .

The location is far from city centre . But very close to the Hanoi international airport. I just wish there was some hot food I could have got . Maybe a little rice would be enough . At a cost , of course .

I had a wonderful stay at the Airport Classic Hotel. They were quick to pick me up from the airport even though it was after 10 p.m. and very welcoming. The bed and room were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast is not too be missed. All in all, this was a great stay near the airport for me, and I really appreciate the staff providing a soft landing for me in Hanoi and being so helpful. Highly recommended as a transit hotel for late night and early morning flights!

I would've liked the bed to have a thicker blanket on it (or for a thicker blanket to have been made available to me).

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, it is right next to a highway but it is verg well insulated and the room was really quiet so we could rest properly. The staff were exceptionally accomodating, helpful and kind. They provided a la carte breakfast as well as buffet, and they drove us to the airport for no extra cost. 100% recommended!

The mattress was a little hard in my opinion.

The rooms were clean and it was kind to organise the breakfast a bit earlier than usual so we could eat before our flight. The lady also sorted a different room as one smelt like cigarettes despite it being no smoking inside. It was quiet too. Smart TV's to watch Netflix etc which was handy as our stay was unexpected due to flight cancellations with awful Vietjet. They organised our transfer to the airport in the morning too which was great. Excellent price for the accommodation.

The area is very close to airport, which is great, but no options for dinner at all. A bit more blanket cover for the night would have been good. Only a sheet was provided and even with the air conditioning on 24-25°C it was cold through the night. Otherwise, it was perfectly suitable.

Location is excellent from the airport. 6 USD pickup/ drop off to the airport. I think if you just want to get dropped off, it's free. Definitely get the breakfast because of limited options nearby. ATM only at the airport. Give them a whatsapp text with your Flight and arrival time and then text again when you're out of immigration with the number of the curbside pillar at arrivals level. You'll be at the airport in ten minutes.

Good rooms, quiet and clean. The receptionist could learn a few things from the hotel manager/owner. Specifically: Improve and be willing to develop his English. Be more helpful and interested in assisting guests – I asked for dinner recommendations and he wasn’t helpful; I asked if there was a room with a single bed instead of two and he said no; he saw me struggling with my luggage and kept on the phone; in the morning I asked for breakfast and he said it wasn’t time yet (even though it was only 10 minutes early and it was included in my booking). The hotel manager, on the other hand, was excellent and made every effort to ensure everything went well — it’s a shame he has poor staff. I also think more attention should be given to the appearance of the reception staff. They should improve their English, avoid lying down sleeping or being on the phone, and cut their fingernails, which looked awful. I even brought them another guest (a friend) who was arriving the same night, and the guy at reception had the nerve to say there were only expensive rooms left (it was 2 a.m.)… in the end, he gave my friend a cheaper rate than the one he had said to me. Ridiculous.

Close to airport, around 10-15mins drive from hotel. Good selection of local breakfast from ala-carte menu. Breakfast is served from 06.30am, could be better if they served from 06.00am but not an issue. We booked a room with a shower instead of bathtub. We also wrote to them to confirm this, to which they replied they confirmed the shower. However when we checked-in, we were given a room with a bathtub. Staff didn't speak much English, but managed to change the room due to availability.

Hotel is located in a dark alley without street lights. We arrived after having dinner in the city and were leaving for an early morning flight the next day, so we didn't have a need to go out in the dark.

We arrived to Hanoi in the evening and our next flight was at 6am next day . So decided to stay somewhere nearby. This hotel is maybe 5-7 mins drive from/to the airport.. You can book an airport shuttle for 150k round trip. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soft. The bathroom was a bit old but yet very clean and neat. No mold or smell. Overall, if you need to stay a night before your flight, this is the perfect place to do so. A thing to keep in mind. As it was my first time in Vietnam, I didn’t know that you can’t pay thro the app, and you need to have cash on you. I don’t know if it was my card problem, of the thing in Vietnam as other places I stayed in after also asked me to pay with cash.

Clean, comfortable modern room. Close to airport, far from city. Area appears a dive but hotel is modern enough and you will be resting before flight. It was good they have a shuttle to airport even early. Solid overnight airport hotel stay.

Tv was only youtube, no tv channels. Bath nice but filling it with hotwater in Vietnam is a challenge with the small size of their hotwater tanks. No dining options really sucked. No options at all. You can't eat anywhere its not a great area and you don't want to get sick before flight. It's also far to any mall or city. We had cracker and cheese we brought. Breakfast we didn't have time but appreared to be only Vietnamese options i suspect come from local vendors.
