The place has a super location in Kassiopi, quite nice view from the balcony. The room was super clean, the bed was reaaally comfortable and we had nice sleep. The hosts are really nice and communication is easy - they made us comfortable with our side requests :) Nice gesture! We had great breakfast at Virginia's (part of our accommodation) and it was always freshly made. The pool we only used twice, but it is clean, warm and has a nice shade under the olive trees. Panos (our host) made us great cocktails to enjoy our stay at the pool! Parking is ok, enough space to maneuver even a bigger car. Overall experience was great and highly recommend! Will visit again for sure!

The only things which could be improved is the mobile part of the shower - it was a bit leaking. And also we did not have a TV in the room - not that we actually needed it. :)

The accommodation was well located overlooking the harbour and only metres from it and the main restaurant/shopping strip. We had two balconies off our room, the main one overlooked the harbour/to the sea and hills of Albania. There was a complimentary breakfast available at Virigina’s restaurant, just a short walk away. This was also a lovely setting to enjoy some nice food. The two bedroom unit we were in worked well for our family. All facilities were in good condition and working order. There was some cooking equipment and enough plates etc to allow for some self-catering. A medium saucepan plus some washing up soap/sponge/tea towel would have been appreciated, but we acquired these ourselves. The pool and pool area/bar were well cleaned, maintained and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hallway outside our room stank of cigarettes permanently and it meant we tried to quickly enter/exit our room. Not nice for when travelling with children. A tv in the room would have been a welcome addition. The pool itself didn’t have shade, hence we avoided during the heat of the day (not a problem for most tourists wanting loads of sun).

The location was fantastic, a great side view of the harbour without the steep climb that other apartments with views have. We stayed in the standard double room which was small but expertly planned to include everything you need. Lovely tray of goodies left for us water, coffee sachets, couple of dulce pods for the machine, crisps, crackers, small bottle of wine etc. This wasn’t a self catering apartment but had fridge, kettle, coffee machine, 2 x crockery, cutlery and glasses (a disposable dishcloth and t-towel would have been helpful). Air con was really good. Bed comfy, great pillows. We had trouble with the Wi-Fi but owner gave us password to private Wi-Fi which was good. No TV, little strange as there is a socket on the wall so maybe a TV will be added. Pool area lovely, they hadn’t opened the bar area when we were there as it was early season. Small balcony, table and two chairs plus a wall clothes airer. Don’t worry about finding space for your book, a good variety of used books in the foyer of the apartments 👍🏻 The included breakfast at Victorias was very good although this would be very repetitive if you were there for more than a few days (maybe you can tweak it, we didn’t ask) All staff were lovely and friendly, in fact everyone we encountered on our stay in Kassiopi were lovely ☺️ Kassiopi is a very pretty Harbour with a little town with church and its own Fortress ruins! A few gorgeous little beaches within a mile circular walk, remember to bring your beach shoes though as they are pebble beaches.

We loved everything! The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the balcony was spacious with a lovely view and the pool/bar area is lovely. It was the perfect base to explore Kassiopi and our kids loved the pool! It was such a treat to have the bar with tasty cocktails and some tasty snacks on hand too. We would absolutely recommend Aria Suites and hope we’ll be back again!

There wasn't anyone at the reception when we arrived ...But a woman staying at the apartments soon helped us out and told us where to go to find assistance. .

Fantastic views of the harbour and sea from our 3 bedroom apartment, which had both front and side balconies and was equipped with full kitchen facilities, and great air con! Pool was lovely, and plenty of sun beds for all. Bar open during the day, and also table tennis. Short 2 min stroll into centre of town. Friendly and helpful hosts, we would definitely stay again.

The apartments were spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a lovely holiday. The owners were really friendly and accommodating in all requests, nothing was ever too much for them. The pool was stunning and the bar created a relaxed atmosphere with soft music. The location was top notch, right near the harbour which has loads of restaurants, bars and shops but still feels very authentic and not too crowded.

Convenient check-in and little contract in person with stuff, but online they answered all questions. Free parking. Breakfast in another cafe, but it’s ok, simple but tasty

Location was excellent - near to a lovely small beach. The swimming pool area was fantastic. (Caveat - we came in low season so it was not busy). Room was comfortable and the kitchen area well-equipped. It was very clean and in very good condition.

Only downside was the lack of any comfortable seating which meant the only place to relax was the bed.

We return often and enjoy the comfortable modern accommodation. It’s also special because of the high level of personal service from friendly owners, location is perfect for the harbour, the pool and bar are lovely with plenty of sun umbrellas and loungers.
