The hotel was well furnished and clean., The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The free car park is very big, with plenty of room. There was no restaurant on site for meals, but we were directed to local places near at hand, and on proof of staying at our hotel, we received a 10% discount on our bill.

At the time of our stay, there were a couple of coachloads of children who were quite noisy. Especially late at night.

Very nice hotel that lived up to it's description and reviews. Location was easy to find and easy access but not within walking distance of restaurants. Good for exploring the World War One battlefields around Verdun. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Large parking lot in front. Desk clerk at check-in not very helpful. Would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

There was nothing that I did not like.

B and B give you what you need. A clean basic room with a decent shower etc. All for an okay price. The breakfast is fairly reasonable for the price too. This one is located in a suburb of Verdun which is full of one way streets etc so be warned. The hotel has good parking in front. It is perfect for visiting the Verdun 1st world war battle field area.

We have stayed at this B&B several times now on our way to the UK (and back) and every time we like it better 😉 During our last stay something special happened: Our teenage son forgot his expensive gaming console under the bedsheets when we left in the morning - but he only noticed his mistake the same evening (when we checked in to the next hotel - which was now 600 miles away, of course). Naturally, he was devastated and thought he'd never get it back, so I immediately wrote an email to B&B customer service (on a Saturday evening!) and called the reception desk in Verdun at the same time. What can I say: I have never witnessed a nicer (and quicker) way of dealing with a forgotten object in a hotel room. L****, the incredibly friendly lady at the reception desk in the morning, responded barely 15mins after my initial call and told us that my son's gaming console had been found by cleaning staff and will be sent to our home address as quick as possible. And yes, it arrived safe (and perfectly packaged!) today - just a week after our stay. Honestly, this is a guest service I could have expected from a fancy 5* hotel but not from a budget B&B. What an absolutely excellent guest service from the hotel staff in Verdun! I can't thank their team enough. Apart from that, this B&B in Verdun is one of the best of the B&B hotel chain (I know quite some of them): Plenty of safe parking right in front of the hotel, there's a supermarket 3mins away, it has a nice outside sitting area where you can enjoy local beers from the fridge in the reception - and: the breakfast is surprisingly good. Plus: clean rooms (constantly over the years).

We used the B&B for a stopover, and to be able to visit the Verdun Memorial in the morning. It has a very convenient location, and it is also quiet and clean. We'll certainly revisit the place when we pass the area again. There was enough space in the room for the three of us. There is enclosed, secure parking space, and a nice steak place just outside the hotel, so we could get some supper. Breakfast was tasty and filling. We loved the cheeses and the coffee! The only surprise was when we left our luggage in the rooms before check-out, and came back to fetch it, our electronic door key was already invalid. That was quickly rectified by a pleasant staff member, so altogether we had a very good stay.

It was ideally situated. The receptionist was very efficient and helpful despite our language differences. Our room was comfortable and clean. The shower and toilet area were spotless and well stocked with soap and towels. Breakfast was ample and plenty of nice things to eat. Just 50 meters up from the hotel was a Buffalo Grill that served amazing food and drinks.

I have nothing bad to say about this property.

The location was easy to reach and the neighbourhood was quiet. The hotel om general was very clean, the rooms, the public areas and also outside. Loads of parking space to park your car. There was possibility to buy drinks in the lobby.

Only thing is that I would like to have a cooler/fridge also in the room to keep your groceries cold.

Clean room and bathroom. Good to have air conditioning, close to the motorway. Decent basic breakfast. Comfortable beds, despite being quite firm we slept very well on them.

The check in was a bit stressful because the confirmation code took a while to come through in email. But it was all good, I took a photo of the screen as I paid so we didn’t have to wait.

Access to the room is a bit tricky with getting the code, but we managed alright. Location is a bit far from restaurants but it was nice weather and enjoyed the walk into town centre.

The room was clean and easily accessible, our hostess was friendly and helpful and there is plenty of free parking.

The location isn't ideal if you want to walk into the town centre but as a stop-over it was perfect, especially as there is a very good diner virtually next door.
