I love how big the hotel with 3 towers divided into Lake, Pine, Ocean Tower. Guests can park on the basement or the higher level parking area. Check-in was so smooth and fast that we only need few minutes. This time we got the Lake Tower for 16th floor (half ocean view) and 6th floor (back view). The hotel has a ice cube machine and microwave machine provided on 8th floor. The amenities were good but they do not provide the toothbrush, sandal, toothpastes which you can buy with vending machine on each floor near elevators or convenience store on 1st floor (which is more less expensive than the vending machine). The hotel and the beach is very near and great to have a nice walk with great view. To the left side there are restaurants and cafes near by just by walking the beach. To the right side with a distance you can visit the cafe street. The hotel provide you with self check-in and checkout processes which is very convenient.

The 6th floor was pet friendly floor that allows guests to stay with their pets. But my family did not have a pet and have to stay at that floor is little bit uncomfortable because of the noises. I did not know that floor was for that purpose until we get on that floor. It would be great if there was other options or notice beforehand to us.

Professionalism by the staff and promptness with their duties.

The elevators were terribly slow and cramped, often times crowded into small space. Not something I’d expect at that level of hotel unfortunately.

Position of bed up against wall at one side with no bedside table. Cost of main restaurant.

Room was very comfortable. Nice views of mountains out the back. Short walk to a nice beach with coffee shops and restaurants.

Check-in took a long time. I was pushed out the way a lot when queueing at the concierge desk. Prices of the facilities and amenities were very high. Felt like I didn't get much value for the price of the room I paid. Using the elevators was a real stress.

Location, bakery downstairs, staffs were amazing

Breakfast buffet was little lame. You gotta be dog lovers to enjoy the stay. Also accept the fact that swimming pool is not free, not worth for the money- would recommend just enjoying the beach! Didn't see any room service available

Beautiful location.

We didn’t have towels in the room and the rooms are without any charm. The burger restaurant couldn’t serve dinner at 6:00pm since they had nothing ready. They said they could serve us at 7:00pm so we went somewhere else.

The hotel has a very nice location close to the beach. Fantastic view from the room and balcony overlooking the sea and/or the mountains. Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good bars with nice food located in the hotel.

The hallways and elevator areas at the hotel was somewhat dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast was rather expensive compared to the selection. No coffee or tea in the room. My major complaint is the high charge for using the swimming pool. 45,000 won per day for an adult. This is not stated anywhere on Booking.com. In my opinion this should be free of charge for a 5 star hotel or at least be informed before booking. We where 5 persons staying for a week, so more than 1,5 million won additional charge for using the pool.

Great gym, clean room, marvelous view, nice staff, delicious food, good location. I like the cafes around the hotel. It is good to have a walking area and beach.

Amazing ocean view and we oved the pine forest right before the beach (which was super clean and 3mins from the hotel!). The breakfast is fantastic, you must try it!!!

Only flaw is that there was no toothpaste/brush, comb, and other basic toiletries set provided, you have to buy them separarely at the convenience store downstairs.. Not a big expense, but it would have been nice to have those included!
