Nice large room, comfortable bed and silent air conditioning. Breakfast was great, with a large variety of choices. Nice view on the garden for breakfast. Beautiful ocean view and infinite swimming pool. The fitness room has a lot of equipment and even a space for yoga/pilates with balls and accessories.

Only inconvenience, the hotel is quite isolated from other shops, restaurants or cafes... The shuttle back to Ho Chi Minh took 5 hours and not 2-2:30 as advertised... and it did not drop us where it was supposed to, a bit confusing for a foreigner with little knowledge of HCMC. I would have liked to be told about the alternative boat paying solution which is not submitted to the same traffic problems.

Location: A bit far from "city center" however when in Vietnam you basically use GRAB (Uber in Asia) for traveling around. 10min walk to a shopping mall which is convenient. Stunning location in terms of the view over the sea and a 2-5min walk to the beach. Food: Breakfast was great, they had everything which is expected. However, note that the food option at the hotel is quite limited, and you might get bored quite fast hence I would recommend GRAB for ordering food delivery(Uber eats in Asia). I ordered the pizza couple of times, they did look different every time but they tasted the same :). Wifi: Worked well, would recommend getting a data sim or esim when traveling in general Staff: Most of the staff understood English quite well and they were doing their very best to make our stay pleasant. Room: Junior suite that I stayed on on the 10th floor was awesome. Facilities: GYM was just epic. Skypool/bar is also just epic compared to the rest of vung tau.

Location: Bit of a walking distance to main streets and city centre. Food: Only breakfast and limited menu on the coffee shop/pool/restaurant. Room: - TV remote reacts on both TVs (annoying) - No backup toilet paper, you will have to call housekeeping to get extras - Some small tiny bugs in the tea/coffee area Facilities: The sun beds are limited hence there might not be room for everyone.

The staff at Vias were so friendly and welcoming, the facilities were amazing we loved the pool area with its amazing views of the beach. The breakfasts provided were delicious and we always left with full bellies :) The room was fresh and well serviced with amazing views of the ocean.

The foreshore is still under alot of construction (which we were aware) so access to the beach is a bit of a minefield. The only other issue we found was that there is a mini amusement park right next door which was a little loud at times. Lastly we appreciated the free transport back to Ho Chi Minh City but be aware it can take longer than expected as it was a 5 hour trip back, compared to 2.5 hours on the way up

THE POOL was sensational (17th floor rooftop). OMG, we had travelled North and wanted to get some hot sun so we travelled south for our last few days. 2hrs in a car from HCMC. This hotel was amazing. The staff were so accommodating. We left our charger at a previous hotel and they sent someone out to get one for us. This was a last minute booking and we were so happy even when we got to the entrance. Beautiful Christmas decorations in the foyer, BREAKFAST 10/10 Fantastic view of the beach and a very unique, relaxing and peaceful part of Vietnam. Far from the hectic pace of HCMC (love that too) Again, breakfast was the best we had experienced in Vietnam. Absolutely value for money at this hotel. We will go again for sure

Hotel was fantastic however if it is shopping you are after, there wasn't much around - night markets were closed but maybe it is just that time of the year

Breakfast buffet was superb! Plenty of choices for both Western and Eastern taste. The location was just across the street from the beach. Room with a ocean view was clean and well appointed very modern. The pool on the 17th floor was awesome and the view was great. Enjoyed the Caramel popcorn offered in the Sky Bar. Free access to bikes and loungersand umbrellas on the beach. Had a deluxe spa treatment soooo good. Transportation fro. Ho Chi Minh is included.

No fault of the hotel, but the construction made navigating to the beach a challenge. The ride back to HCM took 6 hours due to traffic and rain, again not the hotel's fault. The driver did not let out in a well lit area near Zoo and it was pouring r as in, no good

The staff here are exceptionally helpful and kind. In my opinion, this is the hotel's number one asset! On addition, they all speak English, well. They tried to teach me to say some city's names properly, and we all had a good laugh! The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the common spaces. The pool and bar area is very welcoming and comfortable too, and there are bicycles for hurst use. The hotel is quiet despite the current construction. The breakfast buffet is extensive,, beautifully presented and well staffed..

I found that it was a little far from things, but Grab rides are inexpensive.

Beautiful room with a nice little balcony overseeing the sea. The breakfast is delicious with various options ranging from Vietnamese, to Asian, to Western breakfast dishes. Happy hour is a great deal too. The best thing is the free shuttle service from HCMC to the property directly.

Not the worst thing but for expectation management: please note the property itself is not beachfront and does not have any beach-related amenities. The rooftop pool makes up for this though. Staff at the reception are also not greeting people when you enter, only look up if you approach and need something from them which is such an easy fix for a hotel to take note of. Lastly, a minor inconvenience again, the smoke detector in the room flashes an absurd amount of light once the lights are out.

The hotel itself definitely deserves a 10. It is a fairly new hotel, with a very nice pool, spacious rooms, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The reason I didn't give a 10 in this review is that the surrounding area is one big construction site. This is, of course, beyond the hotel's control; however, if I had been better informed about this, it would have been a reason for me not to come here. The renovations are likely to be completed in a few months, and I think it will be absolutely beautiful then. So if you plan to travel here in six months to a year, this hotel is definitely recommended!

The area around the hotel is one big construction site

The hotel was great. The rooms were good, with comfy beds. However, the beach in front of the hotel was under major development, so be aware that you will have noise during the day on the ocean side of the hotel. The hotel is located at the end of the sea promenade so it will be a great location for people who will be looking for beach time the whole day. If you want to visit the city of Vung Tau, you have to rent a scooter from the hotel or travel by taxi daily. We rented a scooter and it was fun although we got some adrenaline from the city traffic. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from.

The location was remote and you need to travel by taxi or scooter daily.

The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was good with a large selection of both Western and Asian cuisine. The rooftop pool was very nice.

There were beach works going on across the road, and although this was no fault of the hotel, we were not informed until after the booking. We paid for ocean view rooms, and all we could see were diggers, and the noise was bad from sunrise to well past sunset. Our friends only booked for one night, and we booked for six. After the second night we decided to move to another hotel and I felt that we were over charged for our two nights. I complained but they told me that Friday and Saturday were more expensive. I'd already paid for my friends stay, so I know what they paid for Friday. I looked up up the following weekend and it was cheaper again. The hotel blamed booking.com for the charges.
