Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The facilities were exceptional.

I had booked a room with a balcony on booking.com and we didn’t get a balcony. At the end of our stay, I was told we owed a $14 dollar gratuity fee for breakfast for each day of our stay. I explained I was not informed of this at the time of booking or check in. On the hotel website, breakfast is included. The front desk representative took the gratuity off right away. This said, we really loved our stay in the Arrabelle.

It’s a beautiful property, close to the lifts at Lionshead. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was ample, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The ski valet service was very convenient for the skiers in my family. The resort also doesn’t nickel and dime you. You pay a good amount, to be sure, but breakfast, parking, and shuttle service are included.

Getting hot water to the showers on a consistent basis was problematic.

The hotel was beautiful. The service was exceptional. The food was great. It was a little pricey for the summer but everything was A+. The location of the hotel was beautiful. A picturesque setting.

The only negative thing i would say is the pool area was very limited in seating. We had no place to sit. People did not clear there trash or towels when they left and things sat there the entie time we spent there. Also the bottom of the hot tubs was all rusty and it did not meet the standards of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. They made my family feel very comfortable after we did 't have a good experience by first booking one of the condos.

I first booked one of the condos. When we arrived we didn't notice but theheat was off. We spent the day skiing and when we arrived back at the condo we had no heat or hot water to take showers. We were up there to celebrate my son and his wife's anniversary but we had to cancel dinner reservations. They sent over a maintenance crew to try and fix but they couldn't. The hotel property manager was great. He came an helped us move everything to the main hotel. They put my family up in the penthouse which turned a bad situation into a wonderful one. Thank you to allwho helped us out.

The breakfast included and the amazing aesthetics were amazing to spend our anniversary at.

Some of the staff was a little rude but so are most people in the world so it really didn’t bother us. My wife and I just laughed.

It was very good. Very little cheese selection. Could have added chicken sausage along with pork. Mandatory tip was not necessary. Service was great and we would have tipped anyway.

Sometimes line for omelette station was long.

The breakfast was excellent! There were so many good choices and they were all delicious! Sitting and eating breakfast on the patio was beautiful! The employees were all very friendly and helpful! It started the day off wonderfully!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Shower was a little small however I an accustomed to a large shower we have in our home

one of the roof hot tubs was under repair so the hot tub was a little crowded one time when we were there. Also the pool could be a little warmer

great breakfast with excellent service. liked the variety and quality. both individualized entree options and large buffet selection. Helen, the concierge, was exceptional!
