brand new hotel

Our stay at the Shamsan was the conclusion of a longer trip to celebrate my wife turning 60. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will be forever grateful. The hotel is quite new, and the service is 1st rate. I loved the room, which had been upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was as you would expect for a hotel. I loved the health and wellness centre. We came to have a few days relaxing and left very relaxed and happy

Nothing really, I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would comment on was the temperature of the pool. Which was cold. I understand this is a personal preference. Also, the sauna needed to be turned on, which meant it took far too long to heat up. These are small issues and easily overcome, for example, if I had booked a time to go to the health and wellness centre, for example.

Great location, amazing staff, spacious room and massive bathroom with a family-size bathtub that suited our toddler really well when it was time to cool down. The best part was the lovely staff who were extremely accommodating and a late check checkout was no issue at all.

A bit pricey, but covers up with the excellent service

Elegant hotel

Quite new hotel (2yr). Good leisure facilities -free sauna,steam bath & swimming pool. Friendly &helpful staff. Although outside the Tashkent city, it is abt 2km from nearest Matona metro that allows you to get to anywhere. The Tashkent metro is the cheapest on earth -3000 Som or 25 cent per entry no matter where you go. At $65, with all the facilities, excellent value.

Breakfast varieties can be improved.

Breakfast was fine, enough choices. The restaurant was open for dinners. The room was quite big, comfortable, clean. The staffs are very responsive. The reception staffs are super nice. The hotel is not far from the airport - so you may find it convinient. All my requests were very quickly responded and with quality.

Very few TV channels. The wifi was quite weak.

Clean, large, modern, comfortable room! The late night staff that checked us in, Teymoor, was exceptional. He gave us great tips on where to go for food as well as a great room to stay.

Some of the staff especially at breakfast were a bit anxious. It seems like they were under constant pressure. They began clearing up the breakfast hall then asked us to leave while eating 2 min before closing. It was unnecessary as they could have waited for us to finish. We went ahead of time the next day, but it just didn't feel welcoming. The food was delicious however.

The best accomodation compared to its price. Had a spacious and cozy room, the room was extra large. The staff spoke English and was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel offered comlementary shuttle to the airport.

nothing lacking, if you consider a night in Tashkent especially when you are having a night for a layover, highly recommend this place

The location is relatively close to the Tashkent Airport. We stayed one night there due to flight cancellation, and found it tremendous. The hotel is very new, exceptionally nice, clean and luxurious. The staff was super helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked it all actually, one of the best hotel experiences in my entire life

This hotel is close to the airport. There is a supermarket within walking distance. There is a pool where you can spend hot days there.

Far from the center and not in a convenient location. It takes 20-30 minutes by taxi to the center. But you can go there by taxi. Great location if you plan to go to the airport.
