We were there for a funeral and extremely busy. Staff was accommodating. They were kind. If we needed anything they were attentive. But when we didn't they did not bother us. The hotel was very clean. It had all we needed. It was in a great location. So when we had to leave our teenager alone for several hours he spent the time walking around and exploring. He had everything he needed close by. We did not have to be concerned with his safety.

I liked everything.

The pool looked great and the jacuzzi was popular, although I didn't use them. The room was super quiet and spacious - beds were comfortable, too. Breakfast was good.

Everything was fine - very classic Best Western with everything one comes to expect from this brand. There wasn't anything we didn't like here. Its close to a main boulevard but this was not a sound problem for us.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The front desk was very helpful in finding a place to eat. Probably should have chosen a place not on the main highway because it was a little noisy and challenging to drive out of the parking lot. The town is a good stopping point at the end of the day before entering Yosemite after a long trip.

Location but no different than any other hotel along the same route.

It has 24hr guest laundry (1 washer and 1 dryer and 1 soap dispenser). We booked a room with 2 double beds, it was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. We had with us 2 big luggage and a few smaller bags. The receptionist was friendly even though we checked in at about 10pm and asked her for coin change for the laundry.

The elevator is very old and sounded like it was going to stop while you are in it.

Clean and staff super attentive. The heater was on for comfort and I loved it. Outside was super cold when I arrived and when I got there it was warm inside my room

Centered to grocery store, gas station, mortuary service and church hot foods it was centered perfectly and plenty of free parking

breakfast is always good, room is good size. could use a little bit more deep cleaning,. I don't use the poolSt

Staff was nice but one person proceeded to tell her family & people in the area I was there., I was very upset by this and I know she was written up as I like to have complete privacy while I am there. It was my mistake also as I told her why I was there and I was very stressed out and started a conversation with her. She proceeded to repeat our conversation to her family ( which I didn't know she was related to the funeral I was helping with).

I could have gotten the same price as booked app? But I couldn’t book directly and get my rewards for that same price. I would had thought if I walked in, I could have gotten a better price then to stand at the counter and book a room on my app😢

I loved the location next to everything you need, very clean and safe.

I did not like the hallway smell nor did I like the smell of the elevator. Also staff was great but customer service could be better in terms of knowing where everything is. It is important due to the fact that things do happen sometimes and the employee should be able to help and handle it with no issues.

Breakfast was one of the biggest varieties I've ever seen. That alone would bring me back, but I have to admit, the sauna and the pool were great and those beds were COMFORTABLE! Everything (but carpet) was so clean and sanitary. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The carpet in our room was in desperate need of being shampooed and the cable selection was extremely poor. One more trash can, or perhaps a bigger one would have been great.

The desk clerk Carla was very helpful with directions to local event. She gave the impression of someone who genuinely cares about the guests and not just putting in eight hours. Housekeeping also did a great job.

My room was next to the elevator so a little noisey.
