Really good value for money. Access to free chilled water despenser both in the mezzenine area and reception. Only a few minutes walk to the Metro station with a really good shopping centre and supermarket beside the metro station. A few nice cafe's and restaurants a few steps away. Rooms have airconditioning. Vending machines with good coffee, cold drinks and snacks and access to a microwave in the mezzenine area. Rooms are airconditioned, clean and comfortable. Good soundproofing, very little road noise or noise from corridors or other rooms. They have a luggage room. Only 25 min taxi ride to CDG

Nothing really comes to mind

Although the hotel is not centrally located, it's not far from the metro and it's relatively easy to get to other places in the north east of the city and the city center. The neighborhood was fine, there are some good restaurants nearby and a really good mediatheque where I got some work done. The room was big, specially for Parisians standards (precisely because it's in a newer building outside the periph). Very quiet inside the room. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and you could choose among many different things.

As others have said, I'd be good to have some extra pillows and better light next to the bed (for instance, to read). Although most of my room was very clean, the outside of the front door was dirty (easy to fix I think), and I had the impression that my sheets were not completely clean either (or at least there was a weird stain in one of the pillows and a couple of hairs that might have just remained there between washes, or not) so I had to ask for a new set of sheets but staff was accommodating and gave me some.

Great location ten minutes to metro station and bus stop right outside. The first room we got initially smelled of cigarettes but the staff were understanding and swapped the room for us. The room was clean and well designed and the hotel had great ammenities like a mezzanine floor that had places to sit and work, a vending machine, a coffee machine, water filter station and kiosk to order food. There is a Lidl 2 mins from the hotel and lots of other food shops. We would highly recommend :)

Providing a hand towel would be the only thing that would have improved our stay.

The value for money was fine and it was close to 3 supermarkets for food. Nice plaza area out the back with a couple of eating options. The check in was easy and it served our purpose fine. Would have liked a family room.

it was the bare minimum, but you get what you pay for. The area is fine, but I would say a little sketchy after dark. There are a lot of buildings and business that are rundown or closed. Metro at end of the line and bit of a walk through 'interesting' area.

I liked the breakfast the most. The coffee and croissants were fresh and tasty. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed settings were comfortable. It was 7 minutes away from the metro and a few minutes away from bus stops.

The air conditioning did not work well, and I sometimes felt cold. The towels were not enough—there were no towels for the amount of towels I used. It would have been better to have relatively new ones.

A good location for those traveling by car. Underground parking is available.

The metro station is close by, but the line is currently under renovation until August 2025. Bus service is available, although it runs irregularly. A very modest breakfast.

Location was perfect since it was a walking distance (around 10 min) to the place where I worked. The area was also surprisingly quiet even though the surrounding area had supermarkets and other commercial stores. The staff were super helpful too!

Since I stayed for work, I also had to use my laptop during the evening, the problem was the chair was very uncomfortable to sit properly.

Good sounds isolation so you can sleep without hearing everything around (I’m sensitive for a sounds especially at night so it’s often can be a problem for me). Everything else was ok, good value for money

unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned properly so we done it ourselves.. especially hairs, it was at sink, tile, shower and entire bathroom (I wouldn't write about it if it was a few hairs but unfortunately it was really a lot of hair) a little bit far from city center and underground station.

Very nice room and comfortable and the area quiet and access to tram and metro line!

It was not perfectly clean also they didnt have additional toilet paper in the rooms even though they were cleaning the room on a daily basis!

Access to buses and city trains is very easy! The location was excellent!

In the first few days, there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor! Unfortunately, it didn’t have slippers! Breakfast has little choice! Mattress was separated and slippery for copple!
