The receptionist upfront was amazing upon check-in. Process was quick and easy, respectful and overall just a great experience. Comfort level of this hotel was by far the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place for others as well.

The pool overall does not look same. Could not find the iron located in room 410.

The location of the hotel is close to a lot of decent restaurants, Target etc. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

There was a big dead roach in the room near the AC unit, possible black mold in the tub. The location itself doesn’t seem like the safest. There’s a gas station next door but wouldn’t recommend walking there alone at night as a woman.

The staff was really nice and took care the only issue we had there, and did it immediately! The mattress was the best, most comfortable mattress we have ever had in a hotel. We slept great every night!

It was confusing to get into the parking lot at first. Once we found the entrance it was fine after that.

The breakfast was a little skimpy. But overall not too bad.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to see a better laundry facility and a better price to wash. Overall excellent place to stay!

The property is in a good location and when I asked to change rooms because the one that was given was on the first floor and could be seen into there was no problem! Also breakfast was good!!

Not upscale. Budget friendly. Rooms are a bit dated.

It has a really good location close to 290 freeway, also so close to restaurants, stores and supermarkets. The bed was really comfortable and the room was a good size. The pool was a plus for me with the hot weather in Houston it also offers breakfast and the staff was really nice.

I didn’t like that the bathroom doesn't have any ventilation. And they didn’t made the bed everyday.

The property was great just the inside was smelly but once you got into the room it was clean and beyond expected.

The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. Had a fridge & microwave, king size bed which is nice to stretch out on after a long day.

They're In the process of renovations so can be kind of loud during the day.

I’m pretty sure i must have misplaced two items in my room, but it never turned up, i tried contacting and they been helpful over the phone but i feel as if i had to go and check it for myself but didn’t.
