Location and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

I wish there were a coffee spot or restaurant on the premises. Coffee in the room would be nice as well.

Loved the location. The suites were spacious and nice. The location and staff were wonderful. It was a fun hotel to stay at.

It would be nice if there would have been some pans and utensils to cook with. The kitchen could have some more plates, cups, and silverware. In the other suite, the air conditioner was having issues.

The rooms are extremely spacious and have a kitchenette, which is super handy for families. Location is very convenient too

Even though it was on the street side, it was very quiet. Staff was helpful, I miss the breakfast food from days gone by!

The room could use some touch ups, mostly paint. The food area in the room could use some plates for microwaving things, and utensils. The bathroom door needs some cosmetic repair at the bottom where there are signs of water damage. The lock on the entry door needs cosmetic repair it's scratched and looks worn out. The safe is inconveniently located to high up to actually see and use.

There is no breakfast facility at the hotel, but many recommendations for cafes nearby. Since this is in the midst of Manhattan, finding a breakfast place isn't tough. Just a block away from a subway station, the hotel is very conveniently located. The front desk is very helpful and the daily housekeeping is such a boon. Toiletries and towels are replenished and changed every day. It felt like a hotel, with the convenience of an apartment. It's tough to find an apartment hotel in Manhattan and Lombardy worked perfectly for us as a family of four.

Each apartment in The Lombardy is furnished by their owner, so facilities are not the same. We wanted 2 king beds, so were moved to another apartment than what we checked in, but that didn't have either a dishwasher or a washer dryer, while the original one didn't have 2 king beds. In hindsight, we should have kept the original coz we were provided with a roll-away bed immediately and the view from that was better since it was street facing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lombardy Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect rest after exploring the city. On top of that, the hotel's location in Midtown is unbeatable—everything is within reach, making it easy to enjoy all that NYC has to offer. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, outstanding service, and a prime location, The Lombardy is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended

As any spot in Manhattan, you gotta make a reservation in advance.

So happy that this is a lovely place, reasonably well-priced, towards the upper east side! So few hotels are in this area, and this one is definitely worth staying at.

The mattress was rock-hard. There was no coffee in the room. Yes, a coffee maker, but no coffee. Why? I was informed that, as a residential hotel, each room has a different type of coffee maker, so coffee is not supplied. That's okay (and there is a great little coffee shop just steps away), but I would have preferred not to have been misled by the indication on the website that a coffee maker would be supplied. Okay, that was true, but I believe most people would assume that coffee comes along with it!

We splurged and paid extra and booked a 1 bed apartment so we could cook. The photos are misleading and the kitchen is so small you could barely move, it’s like a cupboard. The oven is a tiny bench top thing. Only 2 glasses, plates, forks etc. not made for families. We were first in a room that was decorated appalling and we couldn’t stay in it. Mirrors everywhere. We requested to be moved, which they did the next day. We had also requested a rollaway bed, which we did not have for the first night so it was an uncomfortable night. The staff did help but unfortunately the first night was a disaster.

Loved the spacious accommodations and location. Two bathrooms was a luxury traveling with 5 women. Hotel staff were wonderful hosts. Housekeeping did a fabulous job keeping room clean.

I know it is NY and rooms are pricey, but for that price I thought kitchenette would be better stocked with silverware, plates, and glassware. Would have been nice to have single cup coffee machine and coffee makings. We had trouble finding decaf coffee grinds nearby for the Mr. Coffee regular coffee pot. Would also recommend more mirrors in the unit. Only mirrors are in bathrooms. Maybe add in hallway or living area. We booked that unit because traveling with 5 women, two in their 20's. Getting ready to go out we could have used extra mirrors for hair and makeup.
