I wanted to take a moment to share my delightful experience during my recent stay. The accommodation was fantastic and truly value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who was very nice and promptly accommodated our requests, making our stay even more pleasant. The food at the restaurant was impressive, especially the breakfast which had a wide spread of delicious items. I was thoroughly satisfied with the variety and quality of the food. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I find myself back in town. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Hotel was very good for the stay and Owner sarath personally took care of all the well being of the hotel so that is the reason hotel is meeting customer satisfaction

Breakfast was awesome but lunch and dinner items would have been better for Andhra people, the food taste style is north indian so it would be great if they introduce more south indian and especially Andhra food and its style

Location, Breakfast, and Courteous Staff are the plus points of this hotel. Since the booking was done through Booking.com, the check-in and check-out were really short. The manager Sarat Chandra was very helpful whenever support was needed and his suggestion on travel option were really helpful in terms of economy as well as safety. Breafast, mostly vegetarian, had a good spread and well prepared. So overall, the stay was very pleasurable to the family.

Nothing much really. The rooms could have been bit bigger. We also requested for nearby rooms, but that didn't happen due to holiday rush. The hotel staff did their best, but couldn't offer adjacent or face to face rooms. An additional safe or a locker inside the room could have helped further, as I had to carry my laptop wherever/whenever I went out. I am not sure (i didn't ask also) if the hotel offered a central locker facility.

Excellent, very well run hotel,with an excellent restaurant as well. The staff are very accommodating & will do everything for a pleasant stay. Recommended highly

The rooms were clean and comfortable with good hot showers. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant served a good breakfast and other meals were good as well. This is my second visit to the hotel with a long gap in between and both times the quality of service was good.

The hotel is situated on a busy road dominated by a large hospital opposite. However it is not far to take an auto or taxi to the town centre or sea front.

Everything. Sarat and his staff were really helpful, very efficient and very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I am an experienced traveller in India and can’t remember being as well looked after as we were at the Winsar Park.

Restaurant is quite good. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are courteous. Parking is good. Well managed and maintained.

Price went up a bit. Towels could be new. Reception Sofa-1 upholstery could be made new.

Would like a flexible checkout time, unfortunately I wasnt aware of specific checkout understood as stand 10am checkout. Nonetheless will organise in future the checkout time

Cleanliness and food. Room size is good

The amenities inside Suit are broken. Telephone and Tea pot are broken.. Before alloting the Suit No of Dental Kit Towel etc to be kept as per number of occupancy

Was good. Fruit juice was watery.

Staff should be able to guide visitors more effectively. They should know about the local landmarks etc.
