The property was really nice and spacious, the location was good and the views were amazing! The staff was really helpful and friendly, everyone was really respectful and nice!

I would’ve liked to see more women use the swimming pool. Sometimes there were 10 guys and no girls, which made it uncomfortable for me. Having some activities in or around the pool could be nice. For example water aerobics or yoga.

TV program is less for foreigner and have a expense.

Have booked Sea view Room..they gave us corner room inspite of front sea view room was vacant.. didn’t like their approach regarding this.. Have to ask many time and then they gave.. not initial good experience.

Behaviour of all staffs were cordial and cooperative. All were fluent in both English & Hindi. Facilities were as expected. Food quality is good but have scope for upliftment. Location is outstanding. All amenities and amusements were present.

More attention may be given in housekeeping and cleaning. Towels need to be changed on daily basis. More planned arrangement may be done in dinning lobby. Quality of food can be made far better.

Great Lot of authentic food option we really enjoyed Indian food, Good Quality food. The spa experience was absolutely amazing – highly professional with excellent service and great value for money. On our return trip, we came back specifically for more treatments because it was that good! Keep up the outstanding service!

Rooms are excellent with beach view and the breakfast is worthy, staff service is warm and friendly. Location is excellent. Highly recommend was buffet Highly secured and no need to worry about your stay

The only concern we with people are smoking near by Swimming pool which makes us discomfort Food is literally bad in Zaffran , don't go for it. Highly recommend was buffet

The Ocean view of the room was such breath taking away! Rooms are pretty ventilated and the staff is always the best!

May be the towels they used could be worn out. They can invest in new ones. The food needs a lot of attention as any one is allowed to come into the hotel to eat. the cleanliness of the guests is hard to handle. I have had a few people sneeze on the open foods over the counter and walk away. I wish that the foods are covered and maintain their health safety conditions. I would suggest to have chefs who are from the south as it has a lot of Orissa style food to a south indian dish.

The pool and poolside was continuously over crowded and people were in pool with hair open and regular clothes. The constant presence of wedding and event guests dint leave any opportunity for other guests to even think of using the pool.

Excellent location . Stunning views of the sea from the rooms . The premium lounge is the icing on the cake . We told them it was our anniversary and they beautifully decorated the room and also kept a cake for us . The staff is very courteous and truly went above and beyond - specially zenia who looked after us throughout our stay

Cleaning of the toilets are not the best for such a 5 star hotel, Loud DJ nights, restaurant staff should provide correct information when asked if the food can be served to the room, some are clueless !!
