Central location and good breakfast.

The gym is small with not much equipment. Not enough sun loungers by the pool and the pool times are short.

Clean, quite new, centric, smells nice, decor, lighting, and tech-prepared. Most staff were friendly and smiley.

Noisy in interior from other guests, hallway to rooms too echoey, and room door quite poorly insulated and noise canceling as you can see from the hallway light that came through (hence, the noise also). Also, even though as of recently, most hotels have a 13:00, 14:00, or 15:00 checkin time (totally disagree with this) usually if you’re an early arrival 12:00 there is no issue with you getting your key. In this case, it wasn’t that way and no effort was actually made by the receptionist to even try to fool me into believing that no rooms were yet available. She stuck to the hotel policy and even repeated it a couple of times. Thing is, I worked in the hotel industry for a couple of decades.

Good location right in the heart of things, comfortable bed and lovely shower

Kettle provided, but only glasses, no cups, no milk and limited tea/coffee items. Also, although 3pm check in was clearly explained, there wasn't really any effort made to check if any rooms were available a little earlier, it goes a long way to make a little effort ,but it appears that they are clearly instructed not to issue any rooms until 3pm.I work in hospitality so am aware of how it is, but I think they could be a little more flexible.

I thought that the housekeeping staff were fantastic. They always did a fantastic job of making up the room for our return each day. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. We ate at the restaurant downstairs for lunch one day. It was delicious, and the waiting staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

It's right in the heart of the city. Very friendly staff. The rooms were smallish, but very comfortable king size bed. Very clean and modern.

Soundproofing from the room next door. Someone next door was snoring so loudly that it just keeps you awake. Please tell people at the time of the booking if you drive there to park at the parking garage before you get to the hotel otherwise you'll need to drive around town for 15 minutes to park just up the road.

My 2-day stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Tenerife Santa Cruz exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—every interaction was warm and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the central location made it very convenient to explore Santa Cruz. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Honestly, I liked everything about my stay

Brilliant location , comfortable, clean and modern . The wireless phone chargers on each side of the bed are a nice touch and the usb sockets .

The pool times in the roof opend 11 closed 6 . We checked in late and left early so never got a chance to go up there and we booked it as we liked the look of the pool on the roof. 11am open is very late

Staff is super friendly! The pool on the rooftop is small but beautiful. The drinks are very good. Rooms are very modern & breakfast ist tasty! The location is a 10/10

The room can get quite noisy. We had our window towards the street. Also you can hear the hallway pretty good. But I‘ve been to hotel where it was worse. Expect from that - perfect!

Staff were amazing. Reception staff were very helpful with requests and providing guidance. Cleaning staff do an amazing job. Room was spotless.

Had a tiny issue with a noise in my room that would wake me numerous times during the night. Not sure where it was coming from. But other people I was travelling with did not have this issue.

Nice hotel, good location

Pool is more of a view point rather than anything else, very small. Spent all week on the toilet from something in Tenerife! So nice hotel to not have to leave :)
