A basic room. On the first floor. Right in the centre of town. The staff were nice and offered to carry our luggage up to our rooms. It would be nice if they could provide breakfast. All the shops only opened at 9 and we had to wait to get breakfast. The hotel is close to the jetty. About 300metre walk. You can take a walk along d pavement overlookng d sea. There are lots of shops nearby.

Since the shops open late in the morning, the hotel should consider offereing breakfast for guests who want it. The ferry servicces start early, but no shops are open early for breakfast.

Good location with many convenient shops and cafe around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, assisting us to arrange car parking at road side via app. Hotel room was excellent even just a normal standard room, and the bed was super comfortable and clean. The same to the bathroom. We are feeling like staying in a 4/5 stars hotel. A very good job from the hotel management. Will definitely recommend to our friends and return to this hotel for future travel to Lumut.

Just that sound proof didn’t that good, but not affect at all our sleep after 12.00 midnight.

I like that the floor is all tiled/parquet. No carpeting. It's nice and clean and spacious. I like it that they wrapped the remote controls so that it can be constantly cleaned and sanitised. Overall cleanliness is tip top.

Only 1 access card given. Not 2. No lift. But then again it's a double storey shop lot, so can't expect much, but then it's not OKU friendly, and my husband is blind. The stairs is a bit dark too. Water pressure for the shower could be improved too.

Everything worked well and no plumbing leaks. Wall plugs and light switches either side of the bed.Nice shower, air-conditioning and kettle. I extended my stay from 2 nights to 4. Nice sea frontage where you can sit in the shade of a tree or the sun and watch the boats go by. Also close to the ferry for a visit to Pankgor Island. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is very strategic in Lumut. Nearby Mr.Diy and 99 speedmart. Lot of parking but not free,need to pay to local authority. Receptionist is very super friendly. Room okay, just nice. Staying around 4 night here. Can stay here again.

Housekeeping is compulsory even though you think your room is okay. So need to go out around 11am for housekeeping. Parking need to pay.

•The room hallway was not bullet sound proof,i can hear children crying along the hallway,which im fine with it,i read others review in booking.com,they tell the same thing,overall the hotel is great,im sure hotel will make an arrangement for this issues •The towel,friendly reminder for ladies who love to make up, the towel cannot be use to wipe your make up face,if you do it so, they will charge it towel price during your check out (cause you know, its hard to remove make up stain from towel,bedsheet,pillow case)

I love the location very strategic & lots of shops nearby. The staff also very friendly & suggested a good restaurants. Since we re travelled with elder, we requested ground floor room & they willing to do that. My parent also love the place. Really comfortable.

We were heading to Pangkor Island for a few days but we were too late for the ferry. We had 1 night at Lumut Hotel. The hotel was really clean... Australian rated comfortable bed... the town was really cute... enough places for dinner. During the week it's really quiet.. weekends get really busy with Malaysian tourists.

Stayed for 2 nights. Ask for a view room. Family room/suite for 4 people. - Decent size bedroom - Decent size bathroom - Fluffy pillow/comforter - Room have touchpad on doors/walls to indicate if you want others to clean up the room to do not disturb sign. The ring bell does not work (during our stay) - Brightly light room and ample socket for usage - Have leg-room to pray in bedroom (Muslim) - 5-6mim walking distance from a Mosque - Provided both aircond and fan in the room - Provided single iron at the 1st level right side stair. - Walking distance towards the sea, jetty, and TLDM (back road) - Decent TV channel to browse on (for those staying in) [SORRY NO PICTURES AS WE WERE IN A RUSH/GIVEN PICTURE IS THE SAME AS THE ROOM EXCEPT NO OYO RED BLARING SLEEVE]

Noise travels along the hallway!! During our stay, on the second nights (after 10pm) there are a couple family with young children. To say the noise level is bit too much as we can hear their (3kids?) crying and stomping all the way to our bedroom (as the walls and floor are not carpeted to absorb noise). It lasted for quite sometime (the noise; 25min ish) until I become a bit uncomfortable with the tantrum and afraid it will disturb my then sleeping parent. Suggestiong: maybe advice customer not to make noise after 10pm as some people already asleep.

Great hotel for a night before the ferry trip, the harbor is very close and the arrival and departure uncomplicated. We arrived at night and were given a very friendly welcome. Comfortable beds and well-equipped bathroom.
