We booked this hotel because is just 2 bus stops away from the Sibiu International Airport. I have no words to describe how happy I am I booked a room in this hotel for me and my baby girl. The reception staff was very kind and professional, he explained everything very clear from the start. The most important thing for the people to know is that the check out is at 12:00 which is AMAZING. The breakfast was very good and the staff in charge with the restaurant very profesional. Both men always on point and ready to help without asking them to do it. I missed home very much and to see traditional food for breakfast was something else. Slănină, brânză and all that I was very very happy. Very thoughtful for Romanians but also for the people from another countries who want to taste Romanian food. The hotel is just 5 stops away from city centre and the bus stop is just across the street. The hotel is very very beautiful, smells amazing inside and is very clean. We will definitely book again in October when we’ll be back to Romania.

They organized a taxi from airport for me, via an exchange of emails. (A very reasonable GBP (£) 6 for the short journey... at 1am)) Gave me a suite or two rooms, when I'd only booked a single room. Breakfast good. A large group of mountain bikers were in town for some rally... and the ones at the Mercure couldn't have been more considerate, less trouble. I never heard any of the (motorized) bikes leaving. Efficient, modern, thoroughly satisfactory. Nice modern building. Neighbourhood seemed safe... but not very interesting. Lovely distant hills.

The location was perfect for what we needed, right across the street from an amazing play park and walking distance from Aria pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was rich.

In our room the shower was full of leftover hair. The bathroom facilities in general need refreshing. There were 2 ladies we met at the desk, one extremely nice and helpful and another one who was behaving as if she was doing us a favor by being there.

Location of the hotel is veru good, close to the airport and the highway. The room is spacious and has a good bed. The breakfast was very good offering a lot of choices. The only problem was some mould in the shower cabin which should have been cleaned. Apart from that I think it is a good value for the money!

A quiet hotel in spite of the fact it is directly across from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were well appointed. The breakfast had an exceptional variety of choices.

It should be mentioned that the hotel’s restaurant is not open for dinner and there seems to be only one restaurant within walking distance - and this restaurant accepts cash, ONLY.

Spacious rooms, cozy bed, conveniently near the airport, yet peaceful at night. We were also treated to a generous breakfast package, which was perfect for our early departure.

The room initially had an odd smell, but after airing it out for five minutes, the odor dissipated. Unfortunately, the soap dispensers weren't refilled when we arrived, so we didn't have any soap for our one-day stay, but we didn't bother asking for a refill.

It is our usual location before flying, because it is so closet to the airport.

A very bad impression at the entrance în the room: a used towel on the floor, the garbidge not taken from the bathroom, an intense smell of tobacco in the flat. We send our regards through the reception for the cleaning personel. Nobody is checking the quality of this personel? Bad enough!

A little bit grey, it needs a touch of colour in the decor. Room hasn't been cleaned during our stay.

The whole experience was good. There was a noisy wedding party on the ground floor but the rooms were well soundproofed so that we could not hear it in our room. It was not a problem. It was very convenient for the airport. We had an early morning flight and it was good that we were provided with a packed breakfast to take with us.

The only thing that would have made it better would to have been provided with coffee powder and milk in our room so that we could make a coffee in the morning. This would have cost the hotel very little, but would have made our stay perfect.
