Location is perfect, with plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and large.

The HVAC system of the hotel was still set for winter weather (no cooling), even though it was beginning of May, with outdoor temperatures of +25 degrees (inside was hotter). Asking about this, reception told us to "open a window"... The mattress was flimsy and a lot of squeaking in the bed. Another thing to point out: instead of investing in a full glass sink in the bathroom, money would have been better spent for improved lighting (it was really, really dim) and a ventilation system, as it doesn't have any windows...

Food was good, cleaning staff very polite and kind.

There were a bunch of childrens that were walking between floors ( especially 2nd floor) past midnight untill 4a.m. they were walking and smashed doors going between multiple rooms, making loud noises. This was happening for 2 nights in a row. (20th-21st December ). After going to the reception and complained, the staff took no action. For this reason I will not come back to this hotel.

The hotel is located very close to Old Town, parking in front of the hotel is available for additional price. Breakfast was good and the rooms were quiet despite of a festival which was held nearby when we arrived. Hotel personnel was very nice and friendly.

There are couple of things to mention: 1. it's hard to operate with air conditioning, it was a bit stuffy at night 2. bathroom (shower+WC) is a room with walls and door made from frosted glass, so it may not be very convenient e.g. for travellers in the business trip

The location is good, just outside the old part of Sibiu. The rooms are clean and of good size. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast is fine, with many options, and it starts early. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and places to visit. A public parking is across the hotel. Mini frigo (empty) in the room, which is useful.

WiFi was slow for some reason. The bathroom, though clean, has darker areas, like the shower and the wc -an odd design. Maybe other types of room are better.

The location was excellent and we managed to have a parking space despite the hotel advising that they could not ensure there was a space. The breakfast was fine, but not four star in our opinion. Items kept running out and choices as regards fruit were limited. From the hotel is was very easy to visit all the sights in the city.

The room size was fine but the glass partitioned bathroom meant you had to know the person you were travelling with very well as no real privacy. There could have been a larger duvet and more pillows.

We've visited this place several times before, so we knew what to expect and there were no surprises. The hotel is situated on a prime location, could be problems getting parking in front of it for 20 RON/day, but there's additional nearby for just 10 RON/day. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent.

I would have liked the hotel had their reserved parking, just for guests. The new washroom facilities, surrounded by glass walls, are a bit too much for certain and seem to lack the necessary privacy.

Great location and a great hotel. Albeit a bit older facilities, the lovely staff make up for that. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and then SPA staff everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. I especially liked their campaign #stiupecineva. It feels like they have a great team culture overall.

Older hotel, but clean and lovely people all around.

The hotel was ideally located for Tbilisi Old Town. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room and public areas were kept tidy and clear and the decor was in good condition. The food and service was excellent.

The hotel fitness room, which was functional, could be modernised with the addition of a few smaller items such as kettle bells, a better range of free weights and some bands. Nothing else merits a critical comment.

Bright room with a balcony facing the city. Being located on the third floor, you had a very beautiful view of the city and the sunrise. Big beds and very confortable. Good breakfast and various. A nice atmosfere in the hotel and a lovely inner courtyard.

The entrance door is blocked by the hall door and you have to put it aside every time you want to enter or leave (when you leave you have to be careful not to hit someone). The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: there were peanuts and chips under the child's bed (the vacuum cleaner was not very good). The shelves of the clothes closet were occupied by the coffee machine and the safe, so the clothes stayed in the suitcase and on the chairs.

I liked very much the hotel - it is best placed right in the center of the city, close to the pedestrian area, it has comfortable beds, nice view over the city, we found parking places every day in the hotel parking, the personnel was exceptionally friendly and willing to help. The restaurant of the hotel is highly underrated - I do not know why they don't make extra efforts to promote it. The food was great, prices pretty ok versus the other restaurants in the area. The only thing I would definitely adjust is that they only serve dinner and not lunch. They even sent a complimentary bottle of wine to my mother who was celebrating her birthday.

The amount of money I paid because I got the rooms through Booking (even if I am a Genius level 2 client and have some allegedly good deals) was much higher than if I had booked the rooms directly with the hotel. The difference was around 60 Euros for 2 rooms per night.
