The location cannot be beat. It’s the best. Right at the front of the old city, but not in the middle of the chaos. Very safe and convenient. The staff was very nice, always pleasant and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and they said they would put me in the back, and they honored that…it was quiet and not bright in the morning so I could sleep late into the morning. The first room had some issues and wasn’t so nice, so they immediately gave me another option in the back, a pleasant room that was quiet the whole time, not a spectacular view but I didn’t need that, it was fine with a few building rooftops in the courtyard. They also provided extra pillows when I asked for fluffier ones, and duvet when I asked. Very helpful at any hour. Air conditioning was fine, didn’t use it much because the room had a decent temperature. I slept well. Room was clean enough, I didn’t request service daily but sheets were changed when I had room cleaned and I was able to get towels when I needed. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I missed the breakfast one morning, and was going to just buy coffee from the bar, but they brought me coffee and some food anyway. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and professional, lovely people. Like many hotels, the experience depends on what you need and which room you have, so if you ask they will do their best to help. I had a standard double room with a bathroom that was in an open space, which may not work for a couple because turning on the light at night could be an issue and there’s little privacy, and the bathtub may be difficult to get in and out of for some people, but it suited me fine because I was traveling by myself and I don’t have mobility issues. Water pressure was great. Overall, a very nice stay! Would stay again when I’m in Sibiu. Beautiful city.

When the room was cleaned during my stay, it just involved changing towels and sometimes sheets, and straightening up/replacing essentials, but the surfaces and the floor in the bathroom didn’t seem like they were cleaned or vacuumed. But the housekeepers were all very nice and helpful, so if you ask I’m sure they will do what you need. Some don’t speak any English, which is understandable, but it’s easy to communicate. One very nice woman helped me when I didn’t know how to turn on the shower. The staff made all the difference, so if you ask for what you need, they accommodate you.

Within a short stroll to the old city and all the eateries. The The room was quite a large size. The bathroom was ample with a walk in shower (I did go to reception and have our room changed as the original room had a bathtub/shower ). A good feature was the size of the TV in the room. Breakfast was ample with a lot to choose from. Hotel staff were lovely. Parking available at the front for a small fee, but considering it’s in the city well worth the money.

A slightly harder pillow would be nice to have as an option in a room.

The location was great. The room was basic but very comfortable. Walk-in shower would of been much easier as the bath was quite slippery when stepping in and out. The breakfast was acceptable, but lacked the variety that would ensure it exceeded expectations. Overall a pleasurable stay. With the staff and location I would certainly return again.

Food was good, cleaning staff very polite and kind.

There were a bunch of childrens that were walking between floors ( especially 2nd floor) past midnight untill 4a.m. they were walking and smashed doors going between multiple rooms, making loud noises. This was happening for 2 nights in a row. (20th-21st December ). After going to the reception and complained, the staff took no action. For this reason I will not come back to this hotel.

Location is perfect, with plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and large.

The HVAC system of the hotel was still set for winter weather (no cooling), even though it was beginning of May, with outdoor temperatures of +25 degrees (inside was hotter). Asking about this, reception told us to "open a window"... The mattress was flimsy and a lot of squeaking in the bed. Another thing to point out: instead of investing in a full glass sink in the bathroom, money would have been better spent for improved lighting (it was really, really dim) and a ventilation system, as it doesn't have any windows...

The location is perfect, very convenient

The separation between the Bathroom and the room itself is not convenient. The vent in the bathroom did not work. We requested during our check-in for an additional night, which was granted, but on the next day, our access to the room was blocked with no warning. Only after reaching the reception were we informed that we needed to pay in advance and not during checkout!

The hotel is located very close to Old Town, parking in front of the hotel is available for additional price. Breakfast was good and the rooms were quiet despite of a festival which was held nearby when we arrived. Hotel personnel was very nice and friendly.

There are couple of things to mention: 1. it's hard to operate with air conditioning, it was a bit stuffy at night 2. bathroom (shower+WC) is a room with walls and door made from frosted glass, so it may not be very convenient e.g. for travellers in the business trip

The location is good, just outside the old part of Sibiu. The rooms are clean and of good size. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast is fine, with many options, and it starts early. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and places to visit. A public parking is across the hotel. Mini frigo (empty) in the room, which is useful.

WiFi was slow for some reason. The bathroom, though clean, has darker areas, like the shower and the wc -an odd design. Maybe other types of room are better.

Its one minute from the City Center, old style combined with new style ... You have some free water on your room, ceai , coffe and also minibar available.

Even though the room has two windows that close in a chain, you can still hear the street noise. Breakfast could be better also, its like any other basic breakfast on 3-4 stars hotel , you could bring something traditional.

We've visited this place several times before, so we knew what to expect and there were no surprises. The hotel is situated on a prime location, could be problems getting parking in front of it for 20 RON/day, but there's additional nearby for just 10 RON/day. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent.

I would have liked the hotel had their reserved parking, just for guests. The new washroom facilities, surrounded by glass walls, are a bit too much for certain and seem to lack the necessary privacy.
