The staff at this mountain resort are a credit to the establishment, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. The location it’s also great close to the main attractions.

Pensiunea is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The reception staff exceeded our expectations by being accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries, vegetables, fruits, meats, and cheese. The resort also offers convenient parking, which adds to its overall appeal. We highly recommend this resort for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Excellent location, right by the entrance of the old town. Everything is accessible by foot. The room was comfortable for a night, with amenities provided. 24/7 reception and convenience store available. The included breakfast was very good. There is paid public parking nearby and we had no trouble finding a spot, but might depend on luck sometimes.

We didn't have hot water, it was only lukewarm. We informed the person downstairs, told us to give it some time but after an hour nothing changed. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking, we couldn't hear it when we closed the bathroom door.

Before staying at Casa Frieda, I had one small request and that was about the bed, a double bed not 2 twin beds. I've received the confirmation on my Booking profile and when we arrived there, there were 2 twin beds in the room. the room was clean, good quality bed sheets, comfortable beds, toiletries, hairdryer, flat screen TV, small fridge in the room, exceptional location, fantastic restaurant with terraces. We loved our stay in Sibiu.

Great location right on the main pedestrian zone (street). Nevertheless it was a little bit challenging to find the entrance/reception (it is located in the small shop/sales window). It might have been mentioned in the instructions or hotel description (if it is, sorry, I missed it :-)) Breakfasts were ok - you can chose from menu at the restaurant taht belongs to the hotel.

Windows of the room were situated into the backyard where the restaurant staff getters for smoking breaks. So it was impossible to leave windows open without annoying smell in the room. As a non-smoking person it bothered me a little, because I love to sleep with open windows in the summer.

Great location behind the restaurant of the same name, on a very pretty street with lots of facilities. Just a couple of minutes walk to the central squares. Quiet room above the courtyard at the rear. Room was to good hotel standard. Modern well equipped bathroom. A good selection of breakfast was included from the restaurant menu. I only asked for a simple bread and cheese with a glass of OJ, and what I got was generous and attractively presented. My complements to the staff. They also looked after my luggage for a time.

Location! At beginning edge of the old town made it very easy to find. Restaurant is very good. My room was large and spacious. It overlooked the street / plaza / restaurant but the windows sealed tightly so I didn’t hear noise. So it was fun to open the windows to check out the scene below and close them for privacy and quiet.

To reach my room I walk through a patio in which people smoke. Friendly, attentive personnel but their English was minimal.

The location right in the city center is great. The staff was very friendly, both at the pension and restaurant, and the food was very good, with rich breakfast to choose from the menu.

The beds were not very comfortable. The small bed, because we were a family of three and had a room with a double bed and a small bed, was quite unstable and unsuitable to sleep in it. The bathroom also needs some renovation.

Location in the old town. We travelled in January. It was warm, comfy and quiet. Breakfast was animal based but you can ask for a veggie stir-fry which is tasty and filling. I also recommend "ghiveciul călugăresc" which is awesome. For veggie lovers there is nearby a vegan place called Naturo juice where you can have juices, smoothies soups and sandwiches.

The staff told us at the check in that we can choose anything from the menus for breakfast while in the morning we found out at the restaurant that it is not the case. It wasn’t an issue since the breakfast was great but it placed our expectations a bit higher than they should have been. Great joke by the way 😅

Fantastic location in the city centre and nearby there is a convenient car park, but not for free. The room could probably benefit from a little revamp but overall was comfortable and clean, nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was also always really nice and helpful. They have a restaurant which serves great food.
