Location, comfortable matress, view, amenities, breakfast options, very nice and caring staff (especially at the restaurant/breakfast)

The hotel is starting to show it's age a little - the fawcets in the bathroom/shower weren't working properly (you could not switch between tub fawcet and shower head - both were always on, apparently as a workaround); also, the air condioning wasn't cooling the room properly - it was hot with 22 degrees outside and the default setpoint appeares to be around 27-28 degrees. The noise level is relatively high, due to the hotel being in the busy city center traffic with large glass panels as windows.

Hello. I like the location and the acomodation,and the minibar. The most important part is the staff being respectful and noticeable about to improve some wish regarding de breakfast buffet. Many years ago i went to the breakfast and i notice that there are no Romanian cheese like Telemea which is very important in Sibiu district and near the city. Since from that time on i requested to put some Telemea from Sibiu,the staff notice my wish and they put now 3 types of Romanian Cheese. Well done from management and the staff. The perfect place to stay in Sibiu and all you would expect from an international hotel. Located just outside the city walls, it is a modern hotel but within 5 minutes from the elegant old town. Very polite and attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms and excellent breakfast with both local and international favourites. Paid car parking on site was very safe.

Not much. A few minor plumbing tweaks (tap wasn't fixed properly and no strip under the shower screen lead to a damp floor) but nothing that spoilt the stay

Breakfast was typical European breakfast. Clean and servers attentive to replenishing and cleaning.

Had to have rom keys replaced frequently. For some reason after housekeeping came to room both our keys stopped working even though they were kept separately. This happened every day. Had to have separate keys to get to gym. My partner smokes and there is no seating in the smoking area.

The service we received by the hotel personnel (Bogdan and Corina from the Front Desk, and Claudiu, our breakfast attendant), was top notch. The property really owns up to the brand it represents. Perfect location as well. Thank you, Ramada team! We’ll definitely be back!

Great location — close to all the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly, and parking (paid) was easy to access. The room was comfortable and the bathroom inside was clean and modern. The only downside was that the shared/outdoor bathroom facilities weren’t very clean. Otherwise, everything was great!

Lobby bathroom wasnt too clean, paid parking also but its not that bad...

My son and I had an excellent experience at Ramada Sibiu. Hotel personnel are very supportive and customer oriented. We've been helped by Dragoș with a room upgrade for free at the 12th floor as my son is eager to use the elevators in general. We also needed a late check-out and Dragos was very nice to support with that too. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. The room was clean and had a nice view.

Location is super convenient; there are all kinds of (paid) parking options; happy to report a bathroom update in the Junior Suite; the staff is just so kind and helpful, especially the front desk; the room is large and has a great view.

A little dated overall and the air con could have more cooling power as there is all glass and every bit o sunshine will heat up the room quickly.

The location is great for reaching the city center in minutes and bus stations are nearby, so getting around Sibiu is easy. The staff was very nice and understanding when I called to complain about guests arguing and I think children running in the room above mine, and tried to solve this issue. Also, on my check-out day I was able to leave a part of my luggage with them until it was time for my train and I could visit some more of Sibiu without the big bag. This was quite awesome, I am very grateful!

The room could have been cleaner and the AC controller easier to manage, maybe it needed to be updated as the buttons took their time to settle on the temperature I needed, or maybe they needed to be repaired.
