Room was spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures. The front desk lady welcomed us with a beautiful smile and kindly provided the Wi-Fi details without us even needing to ask. Breakfast was delicious and served on the 11th floor, which has a gorgeous view. Everything was clean and well-presented. The breakfast staff provided excellent service. Dumitru made sure the tables were spotless and was always respectful. Another staff member, a guy with a long hair bun, was super attentive, he kept everything refilled and noticed when I walked away from the buffet line after changing my mind. A few minutes later, he brought the chocolate cream I had looked at directly to my table, without me saying anything. That kind of thoughtful service really made our stay even better.

The only downside was that the carpet had a few stains that couldn’t be removed.

I've stayed many times at this hotel, always a real pleasure! Kind stuff, clean, spacious rooms. Very diverse and excellent breakfast

Nice and clean, very good breakfast on the 11th floor (with great view) A large selection. The bed was comfortable. plenty of free parking on the streets, 10 minuteswalk from the old city. Very good value for money. I can recommend this hotel. Small fridge available in the room. Plenty of electric sockets also near the bed. I strongly suggest rooms on a high floor But facing north if available.

The only thing is that on the weekend (Sat.) when I was in my room on the 7th floor, I couldn't sleep because of loud bass music that continued till 24:00 from some party that the hotel hosted on the 11th floor and then heard moving chairs and tables till 01:00. This was not something I expected from a 4 star hotel. Staff were not helpful about turning down the loud music around 23:00. With out this issue I'd rank this hotel a 10 but you need a quiet good night sleep in a hotel after all...

Very clean, comfortable , excellent food.

I found the relationship between price and standard offered correct. I paid a rate for a 3-star hotel, and I got a 3-star hotel. I found it fair. Why only 3 stars? My room was small. The breakfast smorgasbord could have provided a wider range of products. Positive aspects: the room and my bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel possesses free parking bays for guests (it is important in Sibiu's very centre). Overall I was satisfied. My score 8/10.

Food from restaurant was impossible to eat, not good at all, for dinner, very strange. Breakfast was good.

The gentleman on the reception was so cooperative and kind, the breakfast was very good with nice view as well . I'll book again in this hotel every time I visit Sibiu.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, we asked for extra pillows, and of course they were very helpful.

Breakfast was very good, lots of hot and cold choices. Great view from top floor restaurant. Comfy beds. Bathroom was clean with an excellent shower. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Probably not the fault of the hotel, but the taxi they called for me to go to the airport was not good. No meter going (driver just set his own price!) and driver smoked continuously in the car. The hotel needs to have the details of a better taxi company for their guests.
