Always friendly and normally very clean, great rooms. Location is very good, everything is in walking distance. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Walls between rooms/apartments are very thin, can be quite noisy depending on next door neighbours. Cleanliness was not as good as usual during our stay this time, cleaners seemed rushed off their feet. Radiators could not be switched off and the rooms got very hot. Had to sleep with windows open in the middle of winter.

Very good location, great parking with EV charger at additional cost though, large apartment, very clean, nice amenities.

The apartments hava a kitchenette and the smell from other apartments was awful, if someone cooks in there the ventilation is horrible, we had a garlic/curry smell at 23:00 PM that didn’t go away. The rooms are extremely hot, with the heater off at -1 degrees outside in all the rooms the temperature would not go below 27 degrees celsius.

It is located in a very communicative place. The center is a 10-15 minute walk away, there are fast food restaurants and a 24-hour shop near Plaza35. Parking is underground with limited spaces and an extra charge, but is a much better option than other accommodations in the area. The rooms are huge, the beds are extremely comfortable and the interior is very beautiful and stylish. I recommend it if you decide to visit Sibiu.

Good size apartment, equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. There is a daily cleaning service, they top up the toilet paper, dishwasher liquid and shower gel if needed. The towels, sheets, plates, cutlery and pans are in top notch condition. Kitchenette is big enough to cook simple meals. There is salt & pepper. They provide coffee & tea capsules for the first nigh and you can buy extra from the front desk. The location is very good, 5min drive from downtown. Private parking in the garage, a nice bonus. There are a couple of mini markets nearby.

The facilities, the large space inside the apartment, 2 Tv one in each bedroom and nevertheless the location, still not too central but in a quite zone, 15 min walking distance to Sibiu old town, very good breakfast restaurant down stairs

There is a lightning sensor next to the front door, impossible to be inactivated during nights, disturbing if you go to the bathroom or children. It is diminishing your chances to fall back to sleep fast.

The hotel is a mistery to itself. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable plus the bathrooms are very well equipped same as the kitchen. We've booked one apartment (two rooms) and one simple room. They both had kitchen with Caffè and tea pluse microwave and fridge. Staff was very helpful, even when we lost our keys at night time. A big plus is their private parking space which is easily accessible.

I had some problems while we were checking in with the rooms and the way booking.com reserve them in their system. One of the things that disappointed me was that I paid for the apartment with balcony and we ended up with one without the balcony. Anyways we had a good view of the city.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room is big and clean.

The hotel is far from all the pubs and restaurant, but with 10 lei (about 2 EURO) you can get there by taxy or uber.

Everything was fine. Just as suggestion: 2 blankets on the matrimonial bed would be more comfortable and a hanger for jackets at the entrance. Maybe some better lights in the kitchen.

Big apartament, clean, comfortable, good for both leisure, or business travel. Very nice view from 7th floor. AC available, also a small kitchen. Good location, close to the old town. Underground parking. The building has a nice location on the ground floor where a good brunch can be served.

There is some noise from the traffic when the windows are opened, but with them closed, all was good.

I've been returning to this place with confidence and pleasure. It's just such a good value-for-money ratio and never disappoints.

This is not a negative commentary...just something I wish was available on the premise: sauna/pool and/or gym would make this an 11 out of 10 place.
