Large room, balcony, position

The room was non clean every days

Very helpful personnel, good breakfast and restaurant available at the location. Late check-out helped me a lot. Silent area just across a nice park. Late check-out was discussed in advance and helped a lot. There are also some meeting rooms to be booked in case you need for business.

Parking fees need to be clarified in advance. When searching on Booking I asked for free parking, while when I arrived I was told that I have to pay 45 ron/ day (not a big amount) - finally I did not pay because the personnel was nice, but worth to clarify upfront.

I really enjoyed staying at Mercure Hotel! The room was big, clean and the bathroom was amazing decorated. The breakfast had a great variety, but I suggest to add pancakes😉.My little sister was very enthusiastic about the pool, which was very well mantained. The staff (the front desk employees, waiters, cleaning ladies) was nice, helpful and they always had a big smile on their face. It was overall a great pleasure to stay there🥰

The staff, very friendly and go extra mile to help and assist the guests. They even provided a birthday cake for my daughter for free even though we told them at almost midnight. The rooms were clean. Parking is available with some charge. Breakfast was good. Location is good with a 20 minutes walk to the old town but it’s not a problem if you have a car. There is big park in front of the hotel.

There are no chairs in the huge balcony overlooking the beautiful park in front of the hotel.

The breakfast at Mercure Hotel Arsenal Sibiu was amazing. We particularly enjoyed our terrace and its view, and the staff's behaviour and attitude was impeccable. Talked with my wife post check out, and we agreed this is definitely the place to come back to, in the future. Bonus, the indoor swimming pool is really great for relaxing. The hotel is located 2 steps away from the 'Sub Arini' (Roughly translated to 'Beneath the Alders') Park, which was really great to have a walk in and disconnect.

Hotel next to Arini park. Pretty clean, spacious rooms with balcony. Nice personnel. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Big parking available for 45 lei per day. Indoor elevator. Restaurant with delicious food. Indoor pool is small but enough to cool down or for a short swim.

Bed mattress is too soft. Balcony has no chairs to sit outside.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with great rooms, its own parking and nice restaurants.

Juices in the breakfast taste really chemical and must be cheap (similar to ones in Turkey, if someone has this experience too). Here could be a significant improve from my perspective.

Location is good, next to the park. Size of the room and furniture also nice.

The noise from the restaurant terrace late in the night (one night the music and loud talks ended at 1AM).

The room looks better then on pictures. There was an issue with heating, but the friendly staff did managed to solve it during the day.

From 8 to 11 PM there is a strong smell of the fries (fried oli) in the room (the windows were closed).

A very nice and modern hotel, with comfortable beds, and spacey rooms.

We reserved a city view room, but all we could see was a construction site.
