The check-in was very smooth and with a smile :) The receptionist indicated to us a great restaurant near the Old town. The bed was big and very comfortable, great bathroom, overall very good quality of the renovation, done not that long ago. The breakfast was quite ok. Would definitely stay again!

Small details: the plastic cups and unitary doses of liquid soap in the bathroom look very cheap and don't fit the quality of the rest. It is a pity not to prepare at least some water in the mini fridge for the guests. Night light is present on both sides of the bed, but you can't reach it without getting up 😆

The hotel is very good! The staff is nice, the rooms are great, it's clean and the breakfast is decent. Great choice if you are coming by car - they have a parking and there's available street parking around, with the center less than 10mins away.

Only thing is that the sound insulation isn't great and you can hear your neighbours often. But no more than other hotels, to be fair...

Polite staff at the reception, we were directed to a good restaurant for dinner; Very good breakfast with a variety of choices and friendly staff in the dining area; A lot of free parking places in the backyard; Overall, a great experience.

The bathroom fan is always connected to the bathroom switch and is quite noisy. Every time you turn on the light, it also turns on; The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Good breakfast, very clean and the men who take care of the restaurant very professional and polite . He asking us every time if is ok, if we need more or something else. Also the gentleman from reception is very polite and helpful. We've been impressed

The reception staff were very nice, polite, and welcoming, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the food buffet was plentiful, tasty and fresh, we felt welcomed and will most likely book here again next time we visit.

- A minor detail perhaps. The controllers for both rooms air-conditioning system were downstairs at the reception and were not offered upon check-in, nor was anything mentioned about them, so I had to call and go down myself again to have a comfortable room temperature. - The lady serving the food was hungrier than anyone who was staying there eating things from time to time, which was not a problem for me, but when she thought we left, she literally stuffed her mouth to the point she couldn't answer when I asked if I can put some hot water in my thermic bottle so she just nodded while grossly chewing. This was a extremely unprofessional and unpleasant thing to witness and is the only reason my booking was not a 10/10 experience.

The hotel is not very close to the city center but is well connected with public transportation. There are several shops in the soundings. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No many noise from the street. The staff is very friendly. Even if outside to temperature was around 0 Celsius degree, inside was warm and pleasant. The shower was also very good. Free parking spaces.

The carpet should be changed because is very old and obsolete. The furniture is outdated as well, but is still functional.

Nice bright and clean hotel. Breakfast was as expected for Romania. Good location for a 1 night stopover arriving in Sibiu on a late flight. 24 hour checking was perfect.

Steet parking was limited but managed to squeeze into hotel car park. If you pass the hotel, note the street out front is 1 way !

The breakfast was good, no that much but sufficient to start the day. It is not located in the city center and this it is good since you have the park near the Hotel and Sibiu is no that big in order to take an Uber / Bolt The room was comfortable, everything clean

The only thing that could be improved is the fridge. Could be some basic staff there in order to do not go downstairs or to the nearest shop

The room was clean. Matrasses are comfortable. There's everything you need in the room. We asked for electric kettle and the lady on reception kindly provided us with one. There's enough space on parking. The breakfast was average

The facility is excellent, with very clean rooms that make it a pleasant place to stay. The breakfast is decent. Highly recommended place to stay

It would be great to have more options for children's breakfast selections.
