Close to city centre Staff friendly and helpful

One of the hand towels was full of hair, like it was used, and then just folded and let there for the next guest, and the pillows were too soft The shower head was full of limescale, the bathtub was chipped and full of rust, and the furniture was chipped and old. The floor was swollen and made noises.

First of all, the location is indeed central but its not the old city center, that iw around 1 km away, keep that in mind. - the room was clean, looked nice, bed was comfortable (the pillows were kinda too stiff for me but overall should be fine) - hot water was fine, AC in the room worked as it should, the room is quite large - the staff is friendly and helpful

- the fridge in the room, besides being way too small, it barely works. After a full night the drinks werent even too cold (the room temperature was a bit higher than the drink's) - the elevators had no maintenance done (even though they shouldve have it done by july), which is a pretty big safety issue since the lifts are rather old and the hotel has 13 floors. - the prices at the hotel's restaurant were the same or even higher than the restaurants in the city centers in venice or budapest which is rather insane for a 3stars hotel but thats not much of an issue, you can eat in the city.

The hotel is located in the center. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty, but not very varied

- The guy at the front desk was very rude and disinterested. We asked where to park the car. He said somewhere outside, pay by SMS. Eventually it turned out that you don't pay by sms, but at a machine that stands on the side of the parking lot. You pay 15 lei from 8 am to 10 pm, which is fine and convenient. It is simply unacceptable for the staff to mislead hotel guests like this and be unwilling to provide minimal assistance. - Dark in the rooms - The hotel is 13 floors, there are 3 elevators, one elevator was not working. We waited 10-15 minutes to get off or on. If you are on a low floor, you can go down the stairs. - Because the hotel is big, there are a lot of people. Often guests are shouting and children running around the corridors until midnight.

There could have been better coordination between the staff on our queries. (The employee should inform his next colleague of the next shift about the customer's request) When you book a room and choose the provision of a parking space, you should be given detailed clarifications about the parking space if it is free of charge or the cost per day. This clarification is significant for the customer and should be officially registered. In my opinion, this should be required by booking.com from partner accommodations and not for the customer to communicate with the accommodation by email.

We really liked the room, which has enough space for 3 adults, but only one bathtub is not enough for us to get ready at the same time (it has two bathrooms but only with a washbasin and toilet); the linen cupboard has few crosses for hanging clothes for 3 people; breakfast is varied (but you should arrive early); the waiter at dinner was exceptional, helpful and very professional; there is parking and it's right in the centre, close to everything, especially the University.

it's a simple hotel and the third bed isn't very comfortable and there are lots of people at the weekend.

Place is 5 min away from old town. Hot water and good water pressure. Good air ventilation system. Overall clean room.

Well the breakfast area..i have no words to describe. Jam directly out of the jar, still water and mineral water directly from the bottles...the omelette not fully cooked. The bread buns was pretty dry and hard. Lack of parking spaces only 13 slots for such a huge hotel. Truth is I've seen worse 3 star hotels but i have seen also way better 3 star hotels.

The location is excellent, a short and safe walking distance to downtown, which is a great advantage. The room is spacious, comfortable enough. The hotel is in modern style.

The free hotel parking was not available, although it was not guaranteed anyway. Yet, practically in front of the hotel there is a paid parking with decent rate. The hotel did not appear too friendly. Definitely it was overpriced, but the super high price for the night we stayed was possibly because due to a local festival in Sibiu.
