This is a real gem. Surrounded by a beautiful park "Sub Arini" by the new City Stadium, it features large renovated rooms with all necessary amenities, including balconies. Quiet is the key word describing the feeling one must have while peeking outside the windows. A perfect place for families or business people jogging in the park, the hotel features a restaurant serving buffet-like breakfasts with plenty of tasty options. They also serve a-la-carte lunches and dinners, which one can have on the outside porch, enjoying the dusk and chilling after a full day. The hotel is placed midway between the city center and Dumbrava national park, making it an ideal starting point for walking around beautiful Sibiu. Very polite and accomodating staff. Next time in Sibiu I will certainly try to stay there again.

There was nothing, really.

Great value for money, plenty of car parking space, close to a supermarket (turn right out of the car park, walk a minute through the park and cross the road), Sibiu town centre an easy 10 min walk away (turn right into park & right again, can't get lost). Room had nice balcony, air con quiet & efficient, was comfortable and clean. Probably the best place to stay in Sibiu if you have a car, but still want to be able to walk to the centre for sights/restaurants/bars.

Interior decor is a bit 1970's (as it is in many Best Western hotels for some reason), but everything else was great for the price.

The placement is great, in a quiet but close to city center location. The room was very comfortable, hot water and tea also available in the room. Breakfast had plenty of food.

The room was enormous. Even as a two bedroom suite it was big and very comfortable. We enjoyed the separate lounge and a dinning table in another room. Room service was superb. Having ordered one steak to share we were presented with a delicious meal delivered on two well presented plates, dressed with care and imagination. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was a 30 minute walk from the old town but that was not a problem.

Our room was comfortable and overlooked the park. There were enough places for parking our car. The location was also good. We walked to the old town in 20 minutes. The breakfast wasn't 4-star-worthy but still it was adequate. The hotel was obviously renovated some time in the past but you can see that they still kept some outdated and old furniture.

Although our room looked clean at first sight, we saw some long hairs on the bathroom floor :( Also the bathroom looks spacious in the booking.com photos but it is small and there is definitely no space to put anything on the wash basin unit, so don't be fooled by the bathroom photo. Also water pooled in the shower unit, which made me feel uncomfortable to take a shower there. Also, the pillows were not comfortable, they were too thin.

Everyone from the hotel was very nice, they accomodated any request we had ( for the room and for the breakfast).

We have just few recommendations regarding the room. There is a stopper made of metal in the room which is very close to the exit of the room. You could easily hurt yourself if you do not pay attention. It could be better to move it next to the furniture and change the material. Also, since the hotel is in the park, it could be good to have a filter for the balcony to avoid insects getting in.

Rooms were quite large and clean, the property has its own private parking with a fair amount of spots. It's in a very nice and large park. Breakfast options were pretty good. Location is decent, but not super close to the city center.

It's about 20min from the city center, not too bad, but not exactly a central hotel either.

Breakfast area could be a bit bigger also the chairs there have a tendency to fall backwards if you push them away when you get up, but this is nitpicking at this point, it was really nice overall

Great hotel in a good location with its own car park. Only a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, which lovely. Well equipped large room with small balcony. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
