The rooms were quite adequate. Everything was quite clean and new. The room was quite warm. The thing we liked the most here was the breakfast. A really high quality and sufficient breakfast is offered. We reached by car. You can park your car in front of or across from the hotel for free. There is no parking problem. It also has its own parking lot. You can reach the center in 20-25 minutes by car. A complete price performance hotel.

The staff was quite friendly and the check-in process was really smooth. The breakfast is quite adequate regarding diversity. The parking spaces are generous and the price is quite good.

The location is quite relaxing on weekends but should be different on working days. The restaurant area gets really crowded on the breakfast rush hour. Also the process of having to clear our table isn't the best experience.

It was very convenient for the train to Madrid which cost about €4 return. It took 15 mins to walk to the station. There was secure parking €10 per day. Breakfast very good with lots of variety. Staff really friendly. Bathroom with a bath which was lovely after a long day walking around Madrid.

The surroundings were a bit off-putting on arrival but we found the walk to and from the station safe and well lit.

We went for a weekend stay, center of Madrid was to expensive so was looking for a place to stay just on the outside of central Madrid. This hotel was brilliant with a close train station, close to the center of leganes. Meet all our needs and the staff were so helpful, gave us a guide for the trains and Madrid underground and told us the best routes to take. They were brilliant 😁

The staff was very hospitable. We chose this hotel for its brand (we like IHG) and breakfasts. Good breakfast for the money paid. Also, the bed was very comfy.

It was very hot in the room, and we couldn't turn on the AC as it was shut down totally in the hotel because of the winter season. It would be great if each room could decide what temperature to choose.

Clean and nice

Too far away from downtown Madrid. Had to walk 20 minutes to the closest train station and there is nothing around except factories. The hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle service at least to the train station so you don’t have to walk in the middle of the night

Very good in general, the breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. My only concern is about the shower of the room 214, it seems to be there for ages so it worth to be changed and costs usually 10 euros max

There was very polite staff at the hotel, cleanliness, and a good breakfast.

The hotel had a special offer on WB Park tickets. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Location seems a bit off. The bus system in Madrid is little rigid. And this location does not have any shops around. So whatever you need you need to buy it beforehand. Staff is super cool and nice !

The staff's were friendly, I also like the serve yourself breakfast. I also like the fact that they help each time you went to them despite the language barrier
