To hotel is well positioned quite close to a metro station with a very easy ride from Orly airport, into the centre of Paris and to Gare de Lyon Station. The breakfast had a good selection with hot and cold drinks. The room was quite well equipped with power and USB ports by the bed. The bed was very comfortable and soft.

The room wasn't dirty but wasn't immaculately cleaned. There was a little bit of dirt and grime around the sink and shower. And the floor had some dust and dirt in some of the corners

Breakfast was good, free hot drinks and water in the foyer. Breakfast staff were nice and welcoming. Location was a 10 minute walk to the station. Nice restaurants close by. Beds comfy

Reception staff were a little unfriendly, got told not to leave the door open to stop others entering but it was an auto door so no idea how I could have closed it!! The shower head was unattached and just in the bath, had to get them to sort that. The aircon would only blast hot air, the tv wouldn’t work properly as the Aerial fixing was broken. Quite thin walls, could hear the people next door going to the loo and the people above walking round. It’s just ok and having stayed in much better/nicer ibis hotels I wouldn’t stay here again

My recent 3-night stay at the IBIS Styles hotel in Paris left me thoroughly impressed with its outstanding service, cleanliness, and overall comfort. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the exceptional reception from the front desk managers set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the warm and welcoming front desk managers. Each one of them exhibited a genuine hospitality that made me feel valued as a guest. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests were remarkable, making the check-in process and overall stay exceptionally smooth. The cleanliness of both the room and the entire hotel further added to the positive experience. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment did not go unnoticed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was the fantastic breakfast provided by the hotel. The variety of options, coupled with the attentive hosts and hostesses, made the dining experience truly enjoyable. The staff's dedication to ensuring guests felt welcomed and well taken care of added a personal touch that elevated the overall stay. The hotel's commitment to meeting guests' needs, especially in providing assistance with finding the nearest transportation, was commendable. The staff went above and beyond to offer guidance and recommendations, reflecting a genuine concern for the guests' well-being and enjoyment of their time in Paris.

While my stay was overwhelmingly positive, one aspect that might be considered a downside was the absence of room service in the form of water and a minibar. This, however, is in line with the expectations for a three-star hotel like IBIS, and it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is on great location close both the metro and the RER train. You can easily visit all the famous city attractions. We even used the bus on Saturday that there is no traffic, at least in the morning. The hotel offers free cold water refill in the lobby that was very good as we didn't like the taste of the still bottle water bought from shops. Staff is friendly and on first day we could leave our luggage at lobby until the check-in. Breakfast was nice and tasty with just the basic variety you expect and surprisingly starting very early from 6am until 10am. The room was rather small but very practical with places to put both luggage. Plenty of sockets to charge your devices. Double windows so that you don't hear the traffic outside at all.

We would really like a small fridge in room. This is the first time we ever stayed in a room without a fridge.

The room was extremely comfortable and the hotel was clean and chic. The entire staff team was extremely polite and helpful, with a special mention for Dana who checked us in within 15 minutes of arrival which was excellent as we travelled the entire morning. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again the next time we visit Paris.

All the staff was super welcoming! The mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was quite decent.

Under the sink in my bathroom, there were traces of a leak with the growing mold. It is only noticeable when sitting in the bathtub but still spoils the impression of otherwise clean space.

The hotel was perfecty located, plenty in the area and 2 mins walk from the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterrand metro stop for the M 14 and C lines. I am genuinely baffled after reading there was limited choice on the included breakfast as there was plenty! Lots of different breads, meats and cheeses, croissant, pain au chocolate, pancakes a minimum of 4 choices of jam, chocolate spread, cakes, cereals,, coconut chia seed, natural yogurt, fruits, juices- even a station to squeeze your own! 7 kinds of tea and coffee machines with plenty of variety! Could not have asked for more. The room was on the smaller side but was comfortable after a long day and had aircon....what more could you need? There is also a chilled water dispenser in the lobby which we made full use of. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but we took a £7 asda kettle and donated it when we left.

Excelet location. Metro and train station was just a couple of minutes away. The room was exceptionally quiet despite being by the busy road. Excellent breakfast. Room had a great bath and shower. There is plenty of room for the storage as well.

Towels were not changed for 3 days while we were there

This is a lovely gem of a hotel, in a more modern district, within 5 minutes of the Metro. The bedrooms are large and clean, and the beds comfortable. The staff were wonderful, very polite and helpful. I have food intolerances and the hotel catered for them. Nothing was too much trouble 😁

The room really needs a wardrobe! I stayed for five days and could only leave my long dress and coat in the bathroom next to the shower. That was the only hanger in the space far enough from the floor...
