We stayed at Hotel Consuegra for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent — close to the famous windmills and the charming town center, which made our visit very convenient. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to start the day right. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Absolutely spotlessly clean (barefoot test picked up no dust off the floor!) and comfy beds, even had a decent aircon unit. Sweet lady met us and although she didn’t speak any English, she showed us where best to park to go see the castle and windmills, which we did and worth the climb/drive up. Good bathroom, plenty of towels and hairdryer even had a diffuser which is exceptional for any hotel!

There is a run of steepish outside steps up to the main door which would be tricky with heavy luggage. We were only there one night so it’s a good value stopover if you are on a long road trip, but as per many other reviews the lack of any coffee facilities or a basic breakfast does let it down, especially when outside options are mostly closed (unfortunate for us being a Monday). We did our research and bought croissants with us, but I was desperate to get back on the road just to find a coffee! The cafe next door looked closed too. Despite this would recommend if you want the basics.

We had a very comfortable night at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean. My daughter who I was travelling with was particularly impressed with the size of the bed! It was also easy to find and in a good location about 8 minutes from the E5 motorway.

We got there at after 8pm and the cafe/bar/restaurant next door had stopped serving food. But this wasn't part of the hotel. The lovely staff had also warned us this might be the case and had told us how to find another bar two minutes away.

Very friendly welcome. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with good heating. Very close to moulins/ castle and town, near to motorway for a great overnight stop. Free parking in front of room. Dog friendly. Excellent value.

The restaurant was closed for renovation which was a bit annoying. The very helpful receptionist directed us to a good restaurant a short drive away. No breakfast possibility. Despite that would definitely stay there again whilst en route for France/ southern Spain.

The room was nicely furnished and clean with good air conditioning. The lady on Reception was super helpful and even though they gave us a double room - I was travelling with my teenage son and specifically booked a twin room with two beds - she put an extra bed in for us when we went out to dinner. Also, the cafe next door was very good and reasonably priced.

The hotel was a walk from the centre through quite a lonely area - but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I just wish we had discovered the cafe next door sooner rather than trying to eat out in town.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to the centre where there were bars and restaurants.

It was not the hotel’s fault but it was graduation night while we were there so there was some loud music from the local nightclub. The hotel owners were very understanding and helpful with regards to our issue.

Everything! The inner terrace (cold in winter nights, but still cozy enough), the room was spacious, and the lady who attended us, of course, was really nice and helpful!

The restaurant that’s attached to the place. The cook basically does whatever he wants. He comes and goes as he wishes, and we were there only one night and ended up not having dinner because he left earlier while we were having a beer (bought from the same restaurant) in the terrace…

Room was excellent, clean and lots of space. Nice modern furnishings and very large comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

Breakfast as mentioned in booking.com paperwork was not the same. The cafeteria is a busy locals place and only breakfast offered is traditional tostada and tomato ( which is normal breakfast for us) but nothing else on offer. Not even queso or jamon(cheese or ham). No evening meal available. There are a couple of restaurants in town open for dinner from 8pm.

Very clean room with friendly staff.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and as it was a public holiday we could not find anywhere in the town to eat except at the bus station cafeteria. Were we not made aware of this when we booked and enquired about a table where we could eat with our dogs. Also the walls are very thin and we were kept awake by those in the neighbouring room talking until the early hours.

Absolutely everything! The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and exactly as shown on the photographs, The hotel is very easy to find and close to the famous windmills! I really could not recommend them enough! Many thanks for a wonderful stay!
