The space is amazing. Very well decorated and with beautiful common areas. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and very spacious. The pool area and terrace are amazing and very inviting.

This hotel should be "Adults Only". We stayed for one night and my morning was awful because in the room next to ours was a family with a small kid. They all started talking very loudly at 7am on a Sunday. The hotel is super romantic and inviting for couples - either you should classify it as "Adults Only" or at least approach the guests and warn them about noise early in the morning.

What impressed us the most was the check-in process - the colleague at reception could not have been more efficient, but also super kind and VERY welcoming to our dog! She also made reservations for us for dinner, wrote down the address and explained how to get there. Fantastic personal service which we really appreciated, along with interiors and décor of the property which was superb.

Really, there wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was just perfect and exactly what we had been hoping for. A thoroughly charming hotel.

It is placed in Consuegra, an small village. We did not a place to eat. Every thing was close ( sunday) The room had to levels, the bed was on the upper level with an stair no so easy. No compatible with people with motors problems

Good location, easy & free parking on the street, nicely decorated and full with lovely little details! Breakfast for Spanish standards was great! And the lady at the reception was very kind and so warm hearted towards my dog that also got some gifts! Absolutely recommend and absolutely right rating! ****

The WiFi signing in my room was very poor and hardly worked - that’s the only negative point I have though.

Beautiful 19th century building all been restored. Two big rooms with bathroom. Large bed, lots of space all around. Dogs made very welcome. Fabulous thick bath towels, nice bathroom. Very helpful staff. This is the second time we have stayed here. Good breakfast, all you could wish for. Nice coffee lots of pastries, juice , cheese & jamon. Lovely village and buildings all around and good walk by the dry river bed for the dog. Windmill are fabulous.

Bad smell from drains in bathroom

Room was very spacious, 2 rooms, one with sofa bed and kitchen, microwave, fridge etc. Bathroom very clean - towels were superb, thick and fluffy. Extra large bed was comfortable. Lovely room and beautiful building, all been refurbed excellent, coffee in the morning. Breakfast was very good, everything you could ask for, fruit, yoghurt, bread, toast, ham cheese, pastries, croissant/jam, juice and coffee. All very well presented. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to dislike, all very nice.

The antique elegance of the property is fabulous. The house has so much history and the mix of old and new throughout is brilliant. Our room (or rather suite as we had a parlour, bedroom and bathroom) was perfect with very modern bathroom fittings. The bedside light fittings whilst looked old had integral USB charge points. The breakfast was also special with a range of hams, cheeses, tortilla, breads, croissants, homemade cakes and homemade orange marmalade. Staff were really friendly and helpful, providing restaurant suggestion that we could go with our dog (strongly recommend Gaudy restaurant).

Can’t think of any negatives.

Charming hotel. Good location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Warm welcome. Dog-friendly, treats for the dog were nice extra. The friendly receptionist even booked us a table at the nice pet-friendly restaurant. (There are not many restaurants or bars open on Mondays)

We have now stayed here on four separate occasions as we journey across Spain. The facilities are excellent, comfortable room, this one had fridge and microwave, pleasant inner first floor common area and an outdoor area in the summer. There is secure parking and our dog is made very welcome at a small extra charge. Breakfast is an excellent spread of local produce. Eating out is no problem as the hotel is in a quiet area but close enough to the centre to access other restaurants but why bother when after a tiring days travel you can pop into el Retorno for an excellent meal with local specialities.

Nothing. Having dinner at a Sunday evening is not that easy in consuegra! Drinks are easy a lot of people, families, walking in the streets, good atmosphere!
