typical rustic Spanish style hotel in a small lovely town just off the main route. you just have to check out the Don Quixote factor here with a visit to the museum, a must. the hotel rooms are a fair size as with shower room with at least good towels. good Spanish restaurant with the menu del dia is excellent value, just need to go with the flow as not any English spoken , but all the food was well presented and cooked and very good. did not stop for breakfast

the bathroom shower head needed replacing , you often got a whiff of a drain smell, but that is the same in many hotels who use the floor spiders to collect all waste.

Good location for going south. Restaurant service and food was good. Plenty of car parking also let me keep my bike in the room…

Room was a bit dated but everything worked well.

The location is perfect for travelling between Santander and the Costa del Sol. The staff are lovely. This is about the 6th time that we have stayed at this hotel and the staff are always pleasant. There was a wedding in full swing at the hotel and we had an early start the following day so we were worried that dinner might be a bit slow in arriving, but it wasn't a problem we were still served a good meal in reasonable time as if the wedding wasn't taking place.

The shower didn't stay in the hook on the wall in room no. 2 so it was difficult to have a proper shower. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Very close to Autovía., just 500m . Good location for a stopover travelling North from Andalucía , heading North. Very clean bedrooms, traditionally furnished with a good en suite facility. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good dinner available in the hotel restaurant, very reasonably priced.Would use this hotel again.

Although close to the motorway , the town’s facilities were about 1 km away.

Everything was excellent- once we knew where to check in and breakfast was all so good. Short walk into our favourite town and cafe bars.

Good location for exploring windmills region. Big and clean room. Parking. Fast check in.

In town Puerto Lapice almost everything is closed.

rustic old world and lovely. interesting history being Don Quixote country. The food in the restaurant was excellent, homemade. perfectly prepared and Beautifully served. lovely view of the windmills from our room. good over night stop especially for motorcyclists

Good location on way from Santander to Malaga. Staff friendly. Big light and quiet room with simple and stylish furnishings.

Bed a bit small and soft. Bolster pillows. Not enough sockets. Unable to eat dinner outside on the terrace despite being told we could when we asked earlier in the day.

Location ideal as close to historic trails. Helpful reception staff. Bar cafe used by the locals always a good sign. The bed was very comfortable, lots of comfy places to sit and read or use the laptop. Restaurant quick and efficient service

The location was ideal as a stop off point on my way from Segovia to Cordoba. The restaurant was good as was the food.
