Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean facilities (shower was by far the best on our trip so far). Convenient parking and a nice restaurant.

Not much to dislike really

Good location for travelling to South of Spain just off motorway, impressed with small hotel, very clean and comfortable. Only Spanish speaking but we managed to get by, the receptionist was lovely. Very pet friendly with a dog bed and food bowl in the room for our use.Was able to walk our dog over the road where there was no traffic. Would recommend a stay here, well priced and was only charged 14 euros extra for our dog and cat. We had food in the cafe bar in the morning before we left and the male staff member was very pleasant and helpful.

When booking said restaurant but it was a cafe bar which was fine but after a long day travelling we would have liked food and a hot drink, on arrival at 19.45 the cafe bar was closed and the only place near was another cafe bar which looked busy with the local male population which we didn't fancy so we ended up finding a telepizza place near Mercadona and taking a pizza back to the hotel and having a bottle of water. It would have been a good idea to have somewhere in the hotel to get a hot drink. A note on the entrance direct to the cafe bar did say it closed at 22.00 but I suppose as it was a Monday evening they closed early as it was quiet. This was the only thing we could say we didn't like and it would be an idea to put this on their information on your website

Very clean and modern rooms. Windows tripled glazed so extremely sound proof. The hotel was very good value for money too and good location just off the motorway. The restaurant downstairs was good too. They were very welcoming to us and our 3 dogs. Would stay there again.

Nothing we didn't like apart from it was in quite an isolated area not close to the town but on the other hand that was great for motorway access.

This was our second time staying at this Hotel and it was superb. Exceptionally clean, very convenient for access off the main route south of Madrid. Jolly good food with friendly helpful staff. And, mega cheap Petrol/Diesel (not the Repsol Garage) about 200 metres away to refuel the car.

Nothing as everything was perfect.

Nothing, it was all very clean, modern airy super calm exactly what is needed for a good night's rest. Maybe a charger for electric cars would be very helpful.

Lovely modern, spacious rooms. Very clean. Very quiet location. No road noise. Food was excellent. The wine too! Good value.

Bed was a bit firm for us, but everyone has different preferences so that’s not really a criticism - just our opinion.

The best accommodation in town and near the castle. very clean, large rooms, fast internet, as good as new, in the bar on the ground floor with regional food, free public parking in front of the entrance. Elevator. on the country road. Absolutely good for driving through and 1 night

Very clean perfect room facilities. Although no English spoken didn't seem to matter we met in the middle. Could not have been more accommodating nothing to much trouble ps you simply have to try the restaurant especially the huge steak, fish also very good. What lovely people, thank you

Fantastic value for money. Very friendly reception and worked well for our dog. Very convenient location, as we were driving down through Spain and it is very close to the motorway.

Struggled to get the temperature right in the room.

A convenient and clean stopping point on our journey from south to north. Great advice at reception on taking the toll road to Alcala de Henares to avoid traffic. Thanks!
