El Patio de los Jazmines is a beautifully restored town house boutique hotel; our room on the second floor was tastefully decorated, comfortable and had a private terrace with a view of the Molinos and town Our host was charming and rightfully very proud of this beautiful property with pristine kitchen/ dining room and cosy living room with log burner and library. Tranquil courtyard garden with swimming pool Breakfast was fresh and delicious, pleasant young man assisting t breakfast. Our host baked all the delicious breakfast pasteles y tartas himself. Coffee was excellent. Coffee pod machine for guests to use at any time Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated 5 minutes drive to the Molinos or 20 minutes walk up the hill for more beautiful views of La Mancha campo. Highly recommended hotel

The hotel was wonderful but we couldn't find anywhere to eat dinner. Not many bars or restaurants in the town El Returno was closed The Gaudy, completely full We had a picnic of fruit, bread and cheese from the local supermarket on our lovely roof terrace looking at the Molinos.

Lovely room, and super courtyard to chill out in. Great views of the famous La Mancha windmills from our balcony. The pool is small but very pleasant, and the staff were helpful and polite, though it helped that one of our party was fluent in Spanish! The breakfast was excellent - freshly prepared local treats. Parking was easy, we just parked on the street next to the hotel.

Our children found their sofa bed very uncomfortable and our son ended up sleeping on an armchair as a result, that was the only thing we thought could have been improved

This hotel is in a small town in La Mancha that has a remarkable set of preserved windmills. We hardly expected to find lodging as charming and elegant in such a small town, but it was beautiful and very convenient to our mission of photographing the windmills. Our host could not have been more welcoming and helpful and his dinner recommendation (the Gaudy) was perhaps the best meal we’ve had in a month of travel in Spain. He even included two kinds of homemade pound cake with the lavish breakfast buffet that greeted us the next morning. If your travels take you anywhere near this town, make it a point to stay at this exquisite boutique hotel.

The weather! It was too cold to enjoy the pretty patio just outside the lounge of the hotel.

El Patio de los Jazmines has to be one of the most stunningly designed boutique hotels we've had the pleasure of staying in. The website photos are good, but do not capture the attention to detail one finds in every corner. It was a real pleasure staying here. The owner was extremely welcoming, explained things to us and presented a lovely breakfast the next morning, We could see the first 4 windmills from our room patio. The drive up to the windmills is close by. Consuegra itself is quite charming and the Restaurant Gaudi was excellent. This hotel is a real jewel in a special little town crowned by 11 windmills. Highly recommended.

It was all superb

Such a great hotel! Me and my family stayed here for one night, it’s a quiet place in the small town, close to the windmill. The room inside was super beautiful and clean. The breakfast was excellent, the landlord played Chinese music for us and he was very friendly and caring. My family spend a great night here and they loved it very much. My dad said he will remember this place forever! Highly recommended for everyone :)

For visiting the windmills and castle at Consuegra the location was ideal. The welcome and information provided by the host was excellent. Our room, upstairs overlooking the courtyard was very comfortable had a very good shower in the ensuite bathroom. In the morning a superb (Parador quality) breakfast was served. The only thing which was a little weak was the Internet connection. It worked throughout but was slow. Would definitely stay here again to break a journey driving from the north to south of Spain.

A slightly faster working internet would be helpful for accessing messages and web searching.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of a long travel day. Pretty accommodations and filling breakfast. Walk-able, safe area. Host was funny and pleasant.

Not much open in terms of restaurants until 8pm or so...however that is the Spanish culture. Just hard for starving Americans at 6pm! Suggest a family brings snacks at all times! :)

Beautifully renovated house, very much like a top quality boutique hotel in a good location not far from the Autovia. The windmills and castle on the hill overlooking Consuegra were a delightful surprise and we went up there to watch the sunset. Jose, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed..and suggested local restaurants. His welcome, the interior, our room, the bed, the breakfast were all perfect and exceeded our expectations. The breakast was very good and the young lady serving was very professional and friendly making sure that all the food was topped up and she kept it all very tidy.and organised.This is a stunning place to stay, and in terms of quality would match anything anywhere. And all at a very good price. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Nothing It was perfect in every way

Breakfast was amazing, a rich assortment of homemade items. The hotel owner was very warm and provided alot of recommendations despite the language barrier. Location was good - quiet but within walking distance of good dining options and sights. Had the most amazing dinner at Taparias Gaudy on the recommendation of the hotel.

There was no kettle in the room.

When you come to Consuegra, this is the place to stay. Modern well appointed rooms and common areas. Excellent breakfast. Parking limited in garage (15 euros/night) or free on street in front of hotel. We took Room 7 which had a large private patio outside our room with a view of 4 windmills on the nearby ridge. The Director very accommodating and proud of his hotel. He sells an excellent red wine.

There was nothing to not like.
