staff were kind and friendly.

I am used to having 4 big towels in other hotels, there were only two. On our first night, there was no extra pillow and only one extra full-sized blanket, the second night there was an extra pillow but still one extra full-sized blanket. I would like to have two extra pillows because I have back problems and I would like to have two blankets, one for my husband and one for me, difficult to share a full size. Also, on my second day, only one roll of toilet paper. Probably, I could have asked the reception, but was just tired to do so. I'm coming back in this hotel this July and this time I'll ask the reception specific for these items. If it does not happen, then, it will be another hotel for us in the future.

It was a good price and clean hotel and good customer service

I tried to connect my Roku on to the tv because I come from USA and my girlfriend don’t speak Spanish but it didn’t let me which I was really upset about, so I went to ask why to the staff lady and supposedly it’s locked which is really dumb, all the other hotels I been too they allowed the Roku to be connected to the tvs

Location, Staff was friendly and helpuful

No remote control for TV, was provided one after stopping at the front desk and did not work. Had to operate the TV manually, furniture showed some wear and towels were clean but kind of thin or old.

Easy access to various locations, we were able to check in and hour earlier, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Not enough late evening or late parking available . Only one way to enter and exit property.

I like the kitchenette. Room is super spacious. Good closet and bathroom is a decent sizes.

Don't like the corners of bed frame, easy to bump into them and they hurt. Don't like the pillows, extremely uncomfortable. Don't like the lack of coffee makers in rooms, is an inconvenience to have to leave the hotel just to get coffee.... parking and the pool are already inconvenient

Amazing location. Walkable every where. A property a bit unkept, but is clean. AC works great, which is indispensable for Mexicali.

A little unkept, but great value over all.

I liked the room. It was clean and nice and cold when I went to bed.

I would say the parking situation. I note that there are not enough parking although I have never had an issue myself.

there was a meeting with 5-6 girls in the front desk and were not helping out to check in they were what I can say planing there evening and next work day as transportation for one of the girls in front of my self and an other couple that was also waiting for them to finish checking him in besides this incident Front desk staff has always been great

I like the location and the room was okay.

The bathroom was not running cold water and the head shower didn't have good pressure of water.

We really like our stays in the hotel. Luv the little kitchen, refrigerator and all . Thank you 😊
