Thank you so much. My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Some highlights include the fantastic customer service, getting to the hotel very late after the kitchen was closing and allowing us to order food. Also, I asked for reliable and strong internet, and your hotel delivered! This was so important because I was working virtually Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. I never had an issue with the internet. This was a huge concern of mine, and everything went so well. Last but not least, the facilities are so colonial and beautiful. Great location downtown and relaxing stay. Thank you City Centro!!

we loved the location ,but having the nice corner room with wrap around balcony meant putting up with music and people noises till 4 am from Fri on. Our best part was the staff kindness, Carlos was our savior ,unfortunately we do not speak enough Spanish to get by ,so if was not because of Carols ,for sure we would have had a different experience. I wish having staff speaking English in front desk would be a great help for guest like us who did not learned Spanish sadly .

The place was clean, friendly comfortable .

My only quibble would be the lack of a coffee maker in the room. This was the first hotel on this trip that didn't supply one. The breakfast at the hotel was more expensive than just going out for breakfast. But nice to have the coffee in the hotel.

Can't beat the location, the hotel is located right in the historical center, super close to beautiful squares surrounded by historical buildings, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and super quiet. The terrace has a beautiful view!

The only complain would be that the complementary continental breakfast was very meh.

The service was excellent. Their parking lot is about 2 blocks away but it's secure and locked at night. Staff was super nice and professional. Would most definitely stay here again!!

That we couldn't stay in SLP longer than we did. Beautiful city!!

Very comfortable room, excellent bed, nice appointments in the room. We also liked the restaurant downstairs; and the hotel is in the absolute center of San Luis Potosí, near museums, great restaurants, shopping, etc.

The pool and view upstairs were fantastic, world-class. The staff was friendly. The location was outstanding. The place was spotless. Our room was quiet as requested.

We should have been directed to a specific parking lot near the hotel as there is no parking on-site. It would be very easy to give specific directions to a parking lot. You would even have several locations printed and handed out to those who pull up. Also, I thought that for that price 1) Our room was too small. 2) Breakfast should have been included.

Excellent location, beautifully renovated building, large rooms with very comfortable beds and amazing terrace with pool.

Staff seemed new and not all very well informed (although nice). For example, we were told by one person there was no laundry service although there is. We were charged $USD 105 for a bag of laundry which is a total rip off, and had to chase them for its return. Rooms with windows on the street were noisy at night, especially at the weekend. The bar on the roof only sells beer for some reason, no cocktails etc.

The location is very good, right in the city centre

The location is extremely noisy with the irregular and unlicensed clubs around the block. There is an afterhours place that starts at 02:00 and closes at 09:00 in the morning with unbelievable loud music. Apparently, it is owned by the governor and the authorities do nothing about it. No other quality hotels will open in the city centre if authorities do not prioritize legal, high quality, job creating bussiness.

What a well-crafted space. The building is one of the oldest still operating as a hotel in Mexico, and it was very well thoughtfully redesigned and modernized. Great public spaces including the pool area and the outside area on floor 5. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff were lovely, and the location is great for exploring the historic city center.

Nothing to complain about.
