The staff is very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast. Parking. Pet friendly. Nearby the highway. Very clean room.

Considering the extra charge for the room, due to my pet (a cat), I expected a better room. Unfortunately it seems that, although the extra cost for the cleaning not mentioned on Booking (it actually says that no extra charges would be added), rooms given to guests with pets are not the best. Still a very nice room but a bit updated and with some small issues due to use in time. But still very clean and with all comforts.

The breakfast was exceptional, the design warm and modern. The restaurant looked very cozy

The room was so small that traveling with a bigger suitcase I wouldn’t know how to open. The room temperature was only 17 degrees and wasn’t able to get warmer. The receptionist didn’t know how to change. Smiling is seemingly not a strength of Norwegian people.

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions recently and each time it was excellent. The recent refurbishments have ensured the rooms are modern, bright and extremely comfortable.

I like the room it was very clean and the bed sheet was very good not so duty because i have allergi when it becomes the linen of the bed. The kids was enjoying staying in the room.

The location is nice, short distance to everything.

There was some reconstruction and we did not know but we booked it with 3 months notice so it was alright.

Breakfast is good. A rather small area available for breakfast but it has all to enjoy a good breakfast to start the day. It was easy and fast to check-in and -out.

Parking (not charged by Scandic) is rather expensive. Hopefully Scandic will be ablate agree a better rate for its guests.

Breakfast selection was good. There was a selection of the basic continental breakfast - sausages, eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruits, cereal, bread, etc. The bedroom was equipped with hairdryer. Shampoo and body wash were also provided. The location was fantastic! It was right smacked in the city centre. Close to many restaurants. Customer service was very helpful.

No hair conditioner. Late checkout is possible with extra payment.

The location was very nice. The rooms had good facilities for my stay. The room I had was clean and a good fit for my stay.

The location is very well situated for walking to coffeehouses, pubs, mall and other shops,restaurants and local sites of interest.

One staff member told us that since we were checking out at 5am we could take some sandwiches and drinks in lieu of the breakfast we would miss. When we checked out the young man did not know of this so we left without it.
