-Beautiful hotel and the funicolare worked every time we used it. -Clean and nice room with great view from the balcony. -Tasty breakfast with different selection. -Most of the staff was helpful and polite (the front desk staff was especially helpful). -We had dinner at the restaurant, good food, a bit expensive but the mood at the restaurant was excellent (very friendly waitress serving us and a man playing nice saxophone music on the floor above us, by the big pool).

-It is a bit confusing to get from here to there inside the hotel (and there are a lot of stairs). -Spider webs by the funicolare. -We experienced stiffness from a few staff members but most of them were very nice. -The pizza we got at the bar by the big pool was not tasty.

Amazing location with fantastic views over the bay. Spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing pool.

No kettle in room though we were provided with one on request. We had one excellent meal in restaurant but on last night there was a 18th birthday party on at the same time and food service was slow and main courses either overcooked or partly cold.

Friendly and helpful staff, huge rooms, great view, excellent rooftop pool. Funicular up and down the hillside was an unexpected surprise.

There is a problem with pigeons at breakfast on the terrace. Guests should be advised not to leave food on the tables as the pigeons cause chaos. Used dishes should be removed immediately. Signage and a staff member welcoming guests and instructing them on how to avoid the birds would be helpful. Other than that the breakfast itself was great.

Exceptional sea view. Enormous swimming pool. Breathtaking view from the room. Delicious and big breakfast buffet.

There is no available parking. The only possibility to park is along the road in front of the hotel which is not entirely convenient.

The area, the hotel was amazing and the continental breakfast was perfect with all you need. A good selection of menu, a big swimming pool with great sunbathing facilities. The balcony was amazing. We loved the lift going down to the beach.

It was a little difficult getting hot water out of the shower. The room door was difficult to open from the outside. There were lots of steps inside the hotel but it was fine for us. Although the rooms and public areas were immaculately clean, the stains on the carpets degraded the place a bit.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Will come back !

The beach access via tram or nature walk is open after 8 am, for people who love the sunrise at the beach you need to talk a little walk on the road…

The view was amazing!! They have a playground inside the hotel so that was awesome!! Our girl didn’t get bored ( the weather was not how we expect)

They have like a platform or something like that near pool!! But no ladder!! I couldn’t enjoy the pool experience at it’s potential!!😁😁🫣🫣

The hotel is really nice, well placed and enjoys a perfect view from the room, the pool and the restaurant. We ate at the restaurent one night and it was fairely nice. The staff is really nice and friendly. If you’re choosing this hotel you need to know one thing, it has many stairs as it’s build on different floors but you can find a way for a baby stroller but I don’t think that it can be a good idea for someone in a wheelchair.

Great view from the room and free parking are the biggest advantage of this hotel. Receptionist was very polite and helpful.

If you are traveling with little baby and planning to use the stroller then this place might be not the best choice. There is funicolare to the beach but there are still a lot of stairs. Still it is totally worth it 😍

Staff were excellent really helpful

Only thing my wife would have liked was a hair dryer in the room. Pool water was lovely and clean although the main pool could have done with a vacuum as there was quite a lot of sediment on the bottom
