The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space so guests never feel crowded. We stayed at El Beso Adults Only and truly enjoyed the privacy it offered, while still having access to all the other facilities on the same grounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable — Ivan and Fredy at the El Beso restaurant were fantastic, always providing excellent service. Ricardo was full of energy and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Elisabeth from the entertainment team had such a positive attitude and amazing energy — we even had a super fun tequila tasting with her. This place is worth every penny and more. Definitely a destination worth visiting — and one we look forward to coming back to.

The beach was unfortunately not accessible during our stay due to a heavy amount of seaweed — of course, we understand this is not the property’s fault. The location is also not within walking distance of any town or city, so taxis are necessary, and they can be a bit pricey.

We stayed at El Beso adults only that is basically a section of the resort Ocean Coral where you can have access to one extra pool and one extra restaurant option. The resort is big, there are 4 pools, plenty or restaurants, 1 ice-cream shop, 1 coffee shop. The whole resort is spotless clean, there is always somebody cleaning. Most of the staff is very friendly, whoever is not friendly is still professional. The wildlife around the resort is priceless, you feel like you are in a zoo (all the animals are NOT dangerous)

There are 4 of 9 restaurant that you don't need a reservation, all the rest you need to download an app and book your dinner through it, only problem reservation system allows you to book from 8am and at 8.01 am all the restaurants are already fully booked. My partner and I woke up at 7.59 am the days we wanted to go to a specific restaurant to be able to book it, you are on holiday, it is a pretty annoying system. The bed sheet are weird, don't feel like a good quality. Ocean water affected by algae, nothing the resort can do about it but it is always good to know it (they do clean what they can)

We stayed at the El Beso Adults Only area and it was the best choice. The rooms in this area are very spacious, modern and have a big confortable bed. Also the El beso pool is quieter and there we couldn't feel the bad smell coming from the beach (caused by the amount of sargassum). The food was excelent, specially at the buffet with a lot of variety and quality. Restaurants à la carte Hacienda Girassoles and Blue Moon have great food and a quick service, while the others à la carte were just OK. Mike's coffee was my favourite spot, having a lot of coffee choices and treats in a relaxing ambient.

The night shows should start after 10 p.m (instead of 8 or 9) because most of the time people book dinner at 9 p.m and this way they cannot attend the shows. One time we waited for 2h40 at the Blue moon restaurant and we only got the appetizer and the soup. After 2h40 we gave up and decided to grab a snack at Mike's coffe (as the buffet was already closed). No scuse or explanation was given to us about the service that night.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Great facilities. Pools were great.

In both the restaurants and the buffet the food wasn’t clearly labelled with what it contained making it difficult for anyone with dietary restrictions / allergies. The staff would be very accommodating when you explained but the lack of clear ingredients made it difficult. Sometimes a dish wouldn’t even state a key ingredient like meat so it appeared vegetarian on the menu only to come with beef that wasn’t mentioned. And in the buffet nothing was labelled, again making it difficult.

Big room with balcony, great pools, friendly staff.

Water pressure was a problem. Showering between 5pm and 7pm is nearly impossible with literally a thread of cold water as lots of people are taking showers before dinner and seems like the hotel’s infrastructure can’t cope with that. Don’t go during US spring break, it is too busy. Not all restaurants are of the same standard, personally disappointed with Sensai and the Buffet restaurants.

Such an amazing experience at this beautiful facility! Staff were incredible. Extremely attentive right from the start!! Went above and beyond for us…. A big shout out to Katia at concierge, Alberto our Butler, Jose, our pool towel gentleman, Ricardo, the drink server around the pool… Carlos, who is another Butler at El Beso, Jonathan and Angel, our servers at the restaurants… and cannot forget about all the workers at the spa! Big shout out to Alfredo and Adela!! Everyone made our experience full of fantastic memories! I will definitely be back again, and again, and again! This is what true VIP services is about!! Everyone always had a smile on their faces, and made the experience so much fun for us.

The food was great throughout our stay.

Most of the time, one person at the reception takes ages to check guests in or out. The first room we got, on the ground floor, had a very strong mold smell. They did not have another room available, so we were downgraded for one night and only received our proper room on the second floor the following day.

Everything was great. Food and drinks were wonderful. Everything was clean and rooms were large and beautiful. I wish there had been a door on the bathroom, we only used the shower as no privacy to use the tub.

Only thing we noticed was a bit understaffed in bars and restaurants. Service was a bit slow but only because of understaffing.

Upscale room with a great view from the balcony. Very comfortable mattress, robes, slippers, large room & bathroom. Very quiet at night in our room but really enjoyed the live music at night in the lobby and the fire show. Workers gave very good service and our room was kept sparkling clean. Shout out to Lenin the Bell Boy who took good care of us the day we had to leave.

The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean. There are several different restaurants from which to choose each day on the all-inclusive plan, and the food was excellent. Poolside bar service was abundant and a cute ice cream parlor was a surprising bonus.

Nothing the resort had any control over, but the sargassum this year was horrendous. It was a solid mass stretched 10 feet from the shore, making it impossible to get in the sea.
