The environment was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. The staff was unbelievable. They all made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable and made our memorable occasion that much more enjoyable with their presence and unmatched personalities. Our favorite meal besides the gazebo night was by far kahlo. We believe this restaurant should be a daily option! We stayed in room 2203 the view was incredible, however some small disappointments to mention: For the price we paid for our stay we thought the room was a little underwhelming. The bed was very uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep very well at all. And we believe there is something wrong with the shower. When we used it there was a horrible smell of septic. Possibly due to a missing or broken Ptrap in the drain? Overall this was by far our favorite vacation to date and plan to return in the future for sure. We welcome any promotional content and deals and or questions about our stay and look forward to return and see everyone again. We will miss everyone very much. Thank you all so much for everything. We will remember this one forever!!

The culinary offerings at Desire RM were simply exceptional. We were spoilt for choice with a wide array of delectable dishes that catered to every palate. From mouthwatering international cuisines to sumptuous local delicacies, every bite was an explosion of flavors. The chefs at the resort truly created culinary masterpieces that satisfied our every craving. We express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the entire culinary team for continuously surpassing our expectations. But what truly made our experience at DRM unforgettable was the way it made us feel

The price is a bit high

Wonderful experience! Excepcional service, all very friendly staff. We got an up grade for THE EDEN and the room is perfect. The leisure team is fantastic and we love the night parties! 10 for the restaurants and the F&B team, they are so wonderful! A special mention for Maggi - guest service. She was so kind to us! We back soon!

Nothing

Everything - it has ruined every other hotel for us forever more.

They kept asking if we were celebrating anything, we kept saying our honeymoon, yet nothing ever happened. Other than that, everything was amazing.

They are working hard and are doing a great job. The property is going to be just amazing- once the transition is completed

this isnt an average resort and we were surprised to find it on booking. If you dont know about desire, inform yourself first ;-) Great people, staff, food... loved it.

Its pretty expensive for the resort and facilities... but you pay for the special concept and atmosphere...

Nice facilities, good food, nice staff and over all not much to complain about except for the high price. The location is very good, with nice, private beach.

There could be more get together oriented games during daytime activities and a bit more information overall from managers side,.

Great service, amazing staff. We liked the pool games, it was incredible. The food exceeded our expectations. But on top of that we liked the vibe and meeting people!

We didn’t like the outdated music and the basic room’s which are lacking the design. Also, there is no beach at this hotel; it has a direct entrance into the water.
