Well maintained property, very clean.
Seamed to be short staffed, restaurants could not keep up the demand of people. They seemed to run low on food and the alcohol selection was poor.

Food was very good in buffet. Room size is very spacious nice view. Good service at bars and resgaurants. A staff named Omar went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a Birthday and that made us feel extra special.
The hotel needs more activity for adults at night. The sports bar is the only thing that stays open but there is no DJ or entertainment for fun after 10pm, on vacation people like to party.

9/10- overall a great hotel and would recommend staying here. Pros: *check in quick and smooth *food is great (lots of options and they care about allergies) *staff is friendly, helpful and attentive *water park is great- they’re still building it out so I imagine it will be even better soon. *housekeeping was always done before noon Cons: *Bottled water at all bars is for diamond club guests (which we thought was pretty insane but ended up ordering room service to bring to our room- then taking it in our steel water bottles) *entire resort is a bit smaller than it looks. But there is still A LOT to do

I had a Butler named Dani Luna she was very nice. I celebrated my birthday there and she made sure it was special. the staff was welcoming My stay here was pleasant and rememberable I loved it here

The food was excellent, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure your stay was a good experience. I would go back there. My mom didn't want to leave.
The only issue I found was that the room smelled slightly damp due to the humidity. However, when I mentioned it, they immediately resolved the problem. I was surprised at how quickly someone came to fix it, which was fantastic.

Very well maintained, great restaurants and bars. The beach was wonderful. The serving staff was wonderful
The check-in was not easy, very slow and staff was not friendly. The hotel pushes the diamond club option a lot. We did not buy it and sometimes it made us feel second class guests.

The ambiance and food are excellent! And of course the hotel crews are very friendly and welcoming! Most definitely will come back again next time though I have read some reviews that it is not really good but we took our chances and no regrets booking this wonderful hotel! we really enjoyed our trip!
When our taxi pulling in front of the hotel we smelled like a sewer odor and thought it was gonna ruin our stay but whenever we got inside the smell was gone. It’s maybe only outside. Thank God!
