Property very nice and clean

I didn’t like that the restaurants closed at a certain time. I feel they need more variety when it came to food choices. And more seasonings and I also didn’t like feeling harassed by the other members to go on excursions or to get facials. Etc. it’s vacation. I feel I should be free to utilize these extras as I pleased not constantly harassed and making reservations for everything. Employees. Noe, Rodrigo and Antonio. We’re simply amazing. Outstanding service.

Pools too cold to swim in

I loved the tranquility of the place. It is without a doubt a very well thought Hotel for the Only adults audience. The staff is by far the best asset of Margaritaville (Martin, Jose, Rolando, Patricia, Ana, Dominique... just to mention some of them but everybody was great!). The food is excellent and the chance to enjoy different type of food (Italian, Latino) even being in México is outstanding. The green areas mixed with the exotic shapes of the swimming pools are simply amazing. We found a lot of fauna around: Birds, Raccoons, Salamanders (Lovely). You need to enjoy the Spa experience (It is a must) .... Yes, the hotel is a bit small but it was perfect for me enjoying my honey moon with my wife. Thank you Margaritaville Cancun. You guys made of this experience an amazing one! Cheers.

The approach looking for members must change ASAP. Also the transportation costs in Cancun are overrated. Thanks.

Immaculately clean. Design (resort and room) exceptional and of high quality. Staff is the most respectful, thorough, efficient, thoughtful and humble I’ve ever experienced. Food was incredible! Everyone we spoke to about the food during small talk (some who are extensive travelers) said that this resort has the best food of any top tier resort they’ve traveled to. Entertainment was the best of the best! I won’t give any surprises away but every day has unique offerings or entertainment and I wish we could’ve stayed longer to see what else the week had to offer! My favs were country night and Cheeseburger in Paradise live band pool party, complete with burger and hot dog bar and carnival type dancers. Tons of activities as well. The ocean being extremely seaweed filled (and therefore darkens the ocean like a tea bag to water) was the *only* con. But their team does what they can to rid of it. I still could go into the water, though. Guests who arrived before us said it was crystal clear for days… then seemingly out of nowhere turned seaweed and darker. A bartender confirmed that one’s arrival can be hit or miss with water clarity. There is the option to go out a catamaran boat out to different water or you want a clear ocean swimming day and don’t have it. There’s similar options available off site as well which their concierge can help you with. Room arrive (24/7, included!)—amazing and easy to order via the TV. Housekeeping—wow wow wow!! other guests agreed with us—we looked forward to seeing how exceptionally they would fulfill our requests and arrange some of our mess! We would catch rooms being turned over and the housekeeping would be wiping down/dusting EVERYTHING on balancing right down to every piece of structure on a lamppost so no build up of anything for the next guest to see. We noticed when walking by that even the ashtrays are left with a parrot impression in the sand each morning.

Breakfast was good, I didn’t like that I have to constantly ask for food! Buffet much better

Bring back buffet option. Lunch and dinner serve the same menus. That was a bad idea. Two restaurants didn’t satisfied menu options.

There were multiple pools, resort was well maintained, and small enough making it easy to find everything. Decor and theme was nice.

There was not enough to do. If you are going there to relax by the beach and don’t care for much activity this place is perfect for you. However, this is a family resort so there are a lot of children. If you mind kids running around your lounge chair and splashing in the pool you may not find it relaxing. The resort would also benefit from additional food options.

it was very clean. I watched every evening that they stubbed down everything. in addition Josue, Antonio Martin, and the staff at the restaurant were all fantastic. I felt so welcomed and relaxed. I had trouble with an excursion and Pedro called and spoke for me. Josue ensured that I was happy. this was my first time out of the country. first time at an all inclusive resort and Josue, the security at the pier, the bar staff, the buffet restaurant staff made me feel so special.

They have an exceptional waiter at the Beach House named Sebastian. He made sure to make us feel at home every single time we saw him.

Pool side entertainment would be nice

My stay here was beautiful. I‘ve booked a room for a week and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was really nice, they always tried to make me feel comfortable. Also the food at the restaurants was delicious. A very big thank you to Josue who was very helpful and well organised. I will definitely come back!!!
